@EllaPaella lobe the dress not keen on the wedges with it. Don’t you have some Eska sandals? Would they go?

No - I do have Esskas but they are green, yellow and orange. Wouldn't go with this dress at all. I have a very limited budget so would need to be a vinted job for something new.

@EllaPaella love the dress, I would go for a simple heel sandal or block heel for a dressy occasion and probably a flat form sandal for more casual.

Same old outfits here. Have a few new bits for our holiday so looking forward to wearing them. Wanted some heeled sandals but none were quite right so it will be flat sandals all the way!

Off for a manicure and pedicure this afternoon and unsure on what colour!

@EllaPaella asos have rather good sales on at the minute for shoes and bits! It might be worth having a gander on their website and i think there's an extra 20% off sale items too! Not sure that any good!!💁‍♀️😁

Love the dress @EllaPaella. Although I don’t think I’m going to be any help on footwear. I actually think it looks fine with the shoes in the picture.

Lovely dress @EllaPaella . Sorry I am hopeless with footwear. I have difficult feet and just wear what fits me. Lovely jumpsuit @OublietteBravo . Monday I had a day off so very casual in north face shorts and M&S top.

Etam skirt that needs an iron. 70s silk shirt that needs a steam. Feeling crinkly today!

Another hand knitted top ( I seem to have quite number of these!) this one has silk so is lovely to wear with agolde shorts and Birkenstocks bought during lockdown no 1

Back to my standard jeans-and-a-shirt outfit today. Everything from Boden, except the trainers which are M&S.

The dress looks lovely @EllaPaella , I don't think that my sense of shoes is enough to warrant any attention, but I think that the ones you have on look rather nice with the dress.

I still feel slightly nervous every time I wear cream trousers to work. I fear they’ll act as a magnet for dirt.

@Greyhairwarmheart I have another blast from the past today a C&A dress. Many memories of my mum dragging me round while I cried that my eyes hurt. This was years before we learnt I was allergic to the finishing in their clothes, so she thought I was being dramatic!

Does anyone know if jeans can be altered to make smaller on the waist?

Yes @EllaPaella I've just altered my denim skirt on the waist, it was too big and was very gapey, it now fits perfect! it's super easy!

That's good to know! Thanks 😊 I have lost a bit of weight and none of my jeans fit. I don't think I'll attempt it myself but will take to an alterations place down the road.

Great shirt @HorribleHisTories15 . I well remember C&A @notquiteusual. Their children's fashions went by height and I wish I had kept my ski jacket - dd has just bought a similar one! Wednesday skirt fat face, cardigan monsoon.

Back to the current era for me today with an M+S top and Divided skirt.

Repeat outfit for a weird weather day

Still in PJs trying to figure out what to wear in a howling gale down here in the windy west. Rain is lashing. Sou'westers and wellies I think!

Pretty sure they still have C&A in Holland, I visited when I went to Amsterdam a few years back. Used to love it when I was a teenager.
