Pictures on the Dail Fail of the evening reception. I must admit I was hoping for more, I wanted the best frock and jewels. Having said that Charlene is looking well which always makes me happy.

I'm not keen on Kate's Jenny Packham white dress today, far too boring for the occasion. But I loved her shoes! I had a very similar (cheap & cheerful) pair many years ago.

With all the speculation about who will be on the BP balcony tomorrow, there are a lot of photos of past balcony groups showing. I noticed one of the Jubilee last summer with Sophie wearing the pink gingham dress she wore this week at the garden party. It looked so much better then, with the fit of the bust giving shape to the stand away neckline.
She has probably lost weight, but the dress not been altered for her, her dresser needs a little nudge.

I've just seen the Mail's pics too... it doesn't look like it'll be full on frocks and bling.

I did the food shop on the way home tonight so I can watch uninterrupted tomorrow. We decided against going to London but I'm still impressed that DH thought to suggest it.

I'll be very disappointed if we don't see Max&Wax. However, I think having Beatrix show Amalia the ropes will be good for her.
