I thought Catherine & Charlotte's headdresses were lovely, so I'm <slightly> mollified at their lack of tiaras.

I'm disappointed for Sophie, and to be frank, I'm not overly keen on the "day dress" theme. I really did want everyone who could to have been in full regal get up other than Andrew obviously.

They already have the tiaras and coronets. Get them out fgs!

So do we think today marks the end of the Royals wearing much jewellery? I was hopeful we'd see more now. Camilla seems to enjoy the larger pieces, and Charles is known to enjoy buying jewellery so I had hoped it would be dusted off and brought out.

But if not today, when?

It may be insensitive in todays economic climate but they already have it.

Will they all be at tonight's concert? At least I think it's tonight.

I'm wondering if they worried he might not turn up after all, so they arranged for him to be further back so it would be less obvious if they had to slot someone else in at the last minute

I want to give an honourable mention to the lady seated on the aisle in the fabulous coral pink long dress with the turban - adored her outfit and would love to see a better image.

Floella Benjamin always looks good. Lovely to see her have a role. I also liked Theresa May's outfit and the women in the Gospel Choir. The leader had a dress with feathers on, which I thought looked great.

I'm of an age where I can't help wondering if the Baroness has Big Ted or Humpty as her plus one.

Charlotte definitely has Spencer blood, but she also reminds me of the late Queen.

She was having no truck with all.the day dress malarky!

Sorry if this has already been posted, but I finally found Sarah Chatto who looks wonderfully elegant imo. She's in her mother's earrings - and I assume that's a Princess Margaret necklace too.

I was very disappointed about the lack of bling (excluding all the crown stuff!) Penny looked magnificent, and so good to see a women in that role. The fashion was a bit underwhelming, even Max looked on the safe and sensible side. Am going to go back and have a proper look at the fashion as only had glimpses today.
