Will they do a photo with all the Euro royals? And a chart of how everyone is related would be excellent.
I hope Harry is having as nice a time as possible. That photo with his family admiring baby Archie...you know the one...is terrific.

I would have liked to see Sophie Winkleman's dress in more detail, from what I saw when she was sitting down it looked good. Frederick Windsor and PW really look similar now!

Fluffy backpack 😂.

I think she has a sort of long sleeved shrug with the train attached. I think the weight of the train keeps pulling it back, she was clearly adjusting it before she entered Westminster Abbey.

Did we miss Katy Perry in her Dame viv choker?

The lady in the blue dress holding the umbrella looks great, maybe another Susanna dress?

I did chuckle at India Hicks plugging Suzanna when she was interview (BBC). To be fair her dress also looked good.

Peplum is such an 80s look

Who is the singer?
Sublime.

Pretty Yende. She is sublime, as were all the singers and orchestral musicians today.

Say what you like about Penny M's politics, but she bloody smashed it in style and stamina.

Penny and the sword of power, Charles picking his little sister as his chief bodyguard some mighty women on display today!

Someone needed to give us the Fergie Factor Grin

Vitriolinsanity · 06/05/2023 15:21

Agree. Princess Anne is indomitable. Nice feather work blocking out a troublesome nephew too. Well played ma'am, well played.

That actually made me smile 😊

Surely Fergie was at home with the corgis and grandchildren and the hospital bag!

There was just such a chart on the Daily Mail yesterday. Very interesting.

Sudeko · 06/05/2023 15:30

Can anybody identify Anita Rani's dress? I need one right now!

Wonderful @Myaiminlife you must be so proud.

Can you ask him from me how they manage to last so long without toilet breaks? They must have all been getting into their kit hours ago! I can never see such massed ranks without worrying about their bladders!

Tena!

Maireas · 06/05/2023 15:33

I even thought that about the King and Queen, all trussed up for hours.

Shout-out for Ann Marie Davis, Barbadian PM's wife (and kickass women's rights activist).

I think she looked great.

Yes! I noticed her brilliant outfit - stand out!

I really enjoyed that. Great music, great pageantry, history, symbolism; the whole kit and caboodle. Good for them!

It's a sari from ampm fashions

Oh thanks! I'm not sure that I could handle a sari but I'll have a look.

ArcaneWireless · 06/05/2023 16:00

I thought Anita’s outfit was grand.

Even a wee bit drookit she looked lovely.

Pre draped sounds good. I remember watching people demonstrating how to put on saris when I was a child. it seemed enormously complicated with a those hand measured pleats and tucking. 😃

bornonvalentines · 06/05/2023 16:12

Has anyone seen photos of the Parker Bowles group inside the Abbey? Lovely fashion there, mostly green.
