Summery dresses that are suitable for work?

Looking for suggestions please for nice summery dresses that are suitable for the office (dress code is fairly casual, allowed to wear jeans etc if we want) - but would want a dress to be not see-through or sheer, no strappy or sleeveless - short sleeves preferred. Budget in the Next/M&S/Zara sort of category, general high street prices.

I’m early 30s, fairly slim and almost 6ft so nothing too short either I guess which is hard to come by for me 😂

I really struggle with dressing for work in the summer. I’m not a great fan of cardigans over dresses, which makes layering tricky. Therefore, a cotton 3/4 length sleeve dress is perfect for me. Boden jersey dresses are lovely and often do a tall range

You could try Mountain Warehouse (yes, really!)
I went in there for some walking gear but came out with a lovely summer dress. Perfect for casual work or recreational wear.

I haven't brought any this year but I also rate Mountain Warehouse for summer dresses.

Because of the brand they're not high maintenance so no awkward cleaning or anything. And they can be dressed up and down but at the same time aren't fussy.

I always wear these slips from M&S because they're v very light. They also stop the fabric from sticking in between your legs when you walk. So the dress hangs better and isn't see through.

not to be catty but have you looked online at next / M&S / Zara online: thousands of dresses fitting your description and honestly a lot better options that some of those already shared.

I go on Vinted and browse, using "tall" or "long" as a search word. I've found some brands that really work for me which I'd never heard of before.

I picked this up in Matalan today. Hangs beautifully and looks really nice on. I bought it for a forthcoming cruise holiday but it would work equally as well as an office dress were I still working.
