Petite range that is actual petite

Can I please have recommendations for petite ranges that aren't for giants!! Absolutely sick of buying petite stuff that I can't even pass on to my 5'5 sister as its too long.

I'm looking for wide leg trousers - up to a max of £50.

I'm 5'0 but always wear at least a small heel so to fit 5'2 / 5'3. A small size 10. Inside leg 29'

I’m 5’1” so I’d call myself short or petite. The 28” legs were what M&S used to have as short when they only made short, medium or long. But maybe I’m slightly longer in the leg so these fitted fine. Now they do short (which is very long), extra short (which would probably be ok for a 28” leg) but only in a few styles and hardly have any in stock. If the average UK woman is around 5’4”, that means that 50% are around that height or less and it’s almost impossible to get trousers to fit. Incredible really.

5' (with 27" leg). Lands End. Their petite trousers are the only ones that I can buy any style, open the packet, put them on and go straight out. I don't go anywhere else now.
