Here we are again, and this time looking forward to the warmer weather , putting away our comfy woolies ( and new season's dresses).

I shall reassess the fit when I can stir myself and shall get DH to photograph the rear .
Your chill outfit sounds gorgeous, as does a conservatory reading nook.

Wearing indigo denim dungarees, Francis t in green stripes, green neat cardi from sale and brown Bostons .

I am wearing my balloon trousers [fenugreek] with navy boatneck top. I have the large in navy but I do wish I had bought smaller. I have narrow shoulders and it doesn't sit that well. Much better with a neater fit.

I was off to have coffee with a friend. It was nice. I wore my seasalt indigo denim jacket. A relatively new purchase [ a month or so ago] It is perfect and have worn it so much.

Such a fabulous jacket. I got complimented by my friend today on it.

Fantastic quality. Well made and has a lining unlike Toast jackets.

I have just spent my Toast Fenugreek balloon trousers money on 3 clematis and some other plants for my garden - I guess the trousers will come back in stock now.

@Theteapotsbrokenspout - I am in need of some clematis inspiration! What did you get?

@faustina I ordered a 'Prince William' (Texensis variety) to go with a Princess Kate that I planted last year. 'Anita' (Tangutica) for a trellis round my oil tank that already has a winter variety covering part of it. And 'Gillian Blades' to grow alongside a purple one that suffered really badly in the winter and has then been trodden on by DH, hopefully the purple one will recover as the colour of Gillian Blades is quite complementary.
All from Thorncroft Clematis, who I've bought from before.

Thanks for that @Theteapotsbrokenspout - I have some spaces in my garden to fill after last summer including a very pretty rusted obelisk with a pathetic looking clematis which needs a friend (previous friend didn't make it) - I love the Gillian Blades!

It is a fabulous jacket. Really pleased with it and a perfect length to hide my bottom! Also works with longer cardigans. Great pockets.

Feeling the love for the fenugreek trousers (for those of them lucky enough to have got them - not me).

On Thursday I ordered the balloon trousers in a small in navy, the Birkie clogs, the rope embroidered poplin shirt and some of the blue Japanese socks with the red trim. I had tried the balloon trousers and the clogs on in Marylebone but was trying to be good and not spend too much. However FOMO if they went out of stock made me push the purchase button. I am an apple 12 and tried the small and the medium on and small was definitely a better fit, albeit only just fits. The medium was just too baggy overall and made me look bigger than I am. I am now eying the space check trousers as I have the shorts from last year and they are good. Wondering what size though….

A kindred gift is coming with my order so looking forward to a tin mug 🙂

@ToastCosILoveIt the space check trousers were massive- I have them in a Small and I am in no way a small. BUT now it is new updated sizing so is anyone’s guess!

@ToastCosILoveIt - ditto like @Snowyowl78. Another one who has a loose small size (normally RL 14) in Space Check trousers also bought before sizing change.

I don’t think the trousers , certainly the loose ones, are any different in size.
Any they haven’t asked me to review the fungereek ones which I am lucky enough to have!

I’ve bought both Space Check and Fenugreek trousers in past fortnight.
I took XS in the check , I’m normally 8 inToast trousers .
Whereas XXS in Fenugreek as XS too voluminous.
Thinking about Navy now …..

Falke Active Breeze. Not my favourite sock but bought in sale. They’re very thin. Possibly good for in a shoe.

Before I eBay them .. Anyone here interested in a pair of Gabis bnwt in jute? Sz 10 ( bought last year direct from Toast) .. they are a bit too slim in the calf for me and I really shouldn't have kept them and they've just hung in my wardrobe ever since.. pm me if so ..

Hi, I went back to the SM store today and got my stripy cotton long-sleeves pistachio tee, (the one I had left behind last week, which they had kindly set aside for me), and an enamel mug, as I was feeling left out 🤣.

I came back a little later with a view to buying the green pinafore I had tried on earlier, (I went to show dh a picture of me wearing it, and he said it looked nice), only to find someone buying it, (together with half the shop 🤣). Oh well, not to be and I wasn’t too bothered. I bought myself a consolation seat pad in a nice striped orange, (if I sit on it in my new tee, I will blend in!)

@faustina - they didn’t have any jackets at all, except for a workwear denim in a ten and a canvas in a 12 🙃

For those hoping for a twig, they have actually sold out! Someone had come in a day or so earlier and cleared out practically all the homeware, buying pressies in advance apparently. (A shame, as I had planned on buying some of it - not the twigs, obviously- which I think were supposed to be hooks!)

Thanks for looking @Dee1224 - sorry you missed out on your pinafore. You made me laugh about there having been a run on twigs and them selling out. That could really only happen in a Toast shop!

My jumpsuit had it's first outing last night for dinner with friends, DH and the babysitter both said they liked it so was a success 😊
