@MillicentTrilbyHiggins , @TheFireflies , you are missing my point. The inclusiveness only seems to apply to women. In the listings I've looked at for men, the underpants generally only come in S, M, L and XL, (32" - 42" waist) and are only modelled by young, toned men. The underpants are in various styles.
I fully appreciate that the fit of bras is different to the fit of underpants, so I'll compare underpants and knickers.
The knickers show more inclusivity than the pants.
If you showed the male equivalent of this average-looking female wearing knickers , I don't think the underpants would sell.
