Love the beret but the colour looks more teal in some photos which I'm less sure about with the blue coat.

Some celebrities do that because they can monetise the images of the baby later on. Obviously, G and S aren't going down that route!

I've see a few celebs do it on Instagram but I can't see that they've "monetised" their kids. Maybe they just want to share without oversharing. Eugenie does it but she probably wants to still maintain some privacy.

The ones who domonetise usually have separate IG accounts for their children, like the Kardashians or Katie Price.

I like Camilla's ensemble with its different hues of blue, I think it works well. Bruce Oldfield has quickly jumped on the shoulder pads trend, he probably had some in his stock room from last time! I like her Philip Treacy beret, worn at a stylish angle.

Camilla's pretty flower brooch was a Confirmation gift to Elizabeth in 1942, from Queen Mary, a reminder of the royal family's German roots, since Mary's father was Duke of Teck.

I'm swooning over the baby Francois photos. Gosh, I love a newborn. I wonder if he will look like Charles as he gets older.

Ahh. The feet and hands thing is in. I quite like to see a face really - no need to show any photos at all just to prove they’ve got something on the end of their limbs. Either show a photo of your baby, or don’t! (I’m biased as my MIL did this with SIL’s first and second on FB and ensued then childish exchanges!)

Anne donned the elbow length gloves yesterday - I quite like her dress. I’ll like it even more if it’s from 1987 or something.
