Help me find a plus sized dress to wear to a wedding.

I'm 5ft 9 and size 22-24. I'm 52. Going to a spring wedding and want to buy a lovely new dress. The ones I've been looking at have been flowery maxi dresses, but DP thinks they're awful and I should wear something a bit more "classic."

Thanks all. Some great suggestions. I like a couple of the Anthropologie ones.

Bit more info: needs to be at least midi length as my legs are like tree trunks. I do have a nipped in waist but massive hips, so would like it to be fitted to an extent. I hate batwing sleeves.

I liked the peach one with the embroidery, except the colour, thought it looked a bit like a nightie.

And ignore what DP says and wear whatever you feel good in. Doesn't matter if it is classic or not!
