When I looked last, it was all still in stock. It is amazing how quickly things sell out!

@Dee1224 , it looks nice on you, but I think you'd need to have it altered slightly so that it doesn't look so loose around the waist and hips.

I also love that dress and i like it on you, but i also don't have flattering as a main focus on my criteria, important but not main. That said, I don't think this is unflattering on you at all. It's meant to be a loose shape, and the fabric print is so nice. In the future when styles revert to slimmer cuts this could be worn with a belt or altered.

Hi Toasties, me again.
Any idea on how to style the Solovair monkey shoes (not Ava boots but the shoes, like these but not grained ) please.
I also have the Ava boots in burgundy, so ideas for those welcome too.

I liked the with the mustard marl jumper and also with the tank as they both pull in the skirt a bit.

I will give it more thought as I am trying to hold off on Toast purchases as I am going to the Shepton Mallet shop in a couple of weeks. My DH has been wondering about my sudden enthusiasm for holidaying in and around Somerset 🤣.

I visited Shepton Mallett last year ( someone managed to book a campsite nearby on our way back from out van trip to Cornwall!, Not sure how that happened 🤣)

I like the colour too but it would be a no for me for myself because of the dropped waist that I hoped might not be so dropped . Is the problem from the side because you have a bust and it widens the silhouette if you don’t mind me asking. I would have that problem too. It does look ok from the front and I think if you had sandals on it might look like a lovely summery dress to float around in .

@Countmeout - the chambray long shirts were all over ebay a month or so ago - I remember asking about the length on here and decided they would be too long for me. They were all BNWT and I think about £50 so perhaps if you know which size you need you might find one still?

I'm very envious of how optimistic you all are about spring/summer clothes. I haven't quite got there yet!

But why force it and buy a dress you can only wear in limited circumstances? What if you overheat and need to take off the jumper. Surely there are other dresses that you may like that you do not need to make these compromises for.

Thanks @faustina . I tried the long one too and it was far too long. The one I’ve ordered is the short blue one. My only dilemma is what they have or haven’t done to the sizing.

@Countmeout - is that the short cotton linen one? I tried it on in the shop and the sizing wasn't any different to regular Toast sizing! Happy birthday!

@faustina the shirt is the same material as the long one - I think. It’s the one @dudsville debated over for some time. The blue was oos last year but it’s reappeared and thankfully at the same price as last year.

Not sure if there will be a sale
i checked back on my order history and can see I didn’t buy anything in March last year (and I do usually buy in any sale)
Between Christmas/ new year sale I can see I purchased a dress in April but that was full price (and because I needed it)
next purchase was in June, when there was a sale

I bought two sale items on 17th March last year. So I’m having faith there will be one soon ✨

I'm contemplating the blue easy shirt too now! Does anyone have the lys or blue check one and can compare the fabric to those? I found the white version thicker than these.
