What have you bought recently that was worth every penny?

For me a Frandsen puffer coat that kept me warm in the very cold weather

A Wyse navy cashmere jumper, from my local charity shop.....for £4.50! Certainly worth every penny. It needed a quick debobble, but otherwise in perfect condition. Nothing makes me happier than a second hand bargain.

Beauty-wise, I threw a couple of Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon eye shadow pencils into my online order while buying Christmas gifts for DD1.....and they turned out to be gorgeous, and so easy to use.

It's by far the most expensive thing I've ever owned and in fact, it might be a bit too nice for me 😅

@IHaveCompletedShopping. I have been checking exactly the same cardigan out for awhile now. Maybe it’s a sign lol. Is it as lovely as it looks, worth the price? I bet you look gorgeous wearing it🙂

JVN hair trio.
I was just looking at the serum as it offers heat protection but saw this trio and thought I’d give the scalp oil a try as I do have a sensitive scalp. The oil is only meant to be on for 15 minutes before washing but as I only wash my hair twice a week I put it on the night before and leave it until morning. My scalp is better, my hair softer and using the serum and the cream in the tube there is less frizz. I’m really impressed and impressed with the price of the trio.

an Essence lip gloss from Wilko that was cheap as cheap but looks so good with my colouring. The colour is subtle and leaves a lovely pink tint that lasts all day . I didn't have any illusions about but after using it Ive ordered ten from the website

A gorgeously soft jumper which I've worn at least two or three days a week since I bought it in October. £4.99 from a charity shop so I feel it has earned its keep already.

I certainly look (and am) warm, it's so thick and lush. I think it's worth it, yeah, at the sale price. And as long as I look after it I should be able to wear it for a long time. I bought a size up for extra wrappiness, so it is kinda big, but if I gain weight, no problem 😆

Bit gutted the cold snap is over as it would've been great on a freezing morning having a coffee in bed.

I usually stick to neutrals, olive, navy... but that coat looks fantastic! Love that it isn't belted, just sleek and lengthening.

Name changed for this as it's v outing - as I'm loving my coat. And yes, I got it in the sale. Absolutely gorgeous.

Big clompy Chelsea boots from Hush. I think I’ve worn them every day.

Swedish Hasbeen sandals for my hols, which I am scared to wear as they look like they’ll slice my feet into ribbons. But I like looking at them.

I bought this. It's gorgeous on. Doesn't have much staying power but it so moisturising.

I also bought winter leggings from Love Leggings and they are lovely! Cosy, soft and a great waist band.

My favourite, favourite buy though is Clarins hand and nail cream. I have terribly dry hands and cracked knuckles - this sorts them out immediately and smells gorgeous. It makes me feel like a posh lady having afternoon tea at Harrods 😊

Holy crap but that's expensive, even in the sale. Well may you wear it!

If I saw that navy coat, I doubt I'd recognise it from any other navy coat tbh. It's terrifyingly expensive - hope it serves you well for a very long time.

My favourite not quite lipstick, I blot it and it lasts longer as just a hint of a tint.

I went back to work last Feb after 6 years and splashed out on a Mulberry mini Alexa with my first paycheck. Absolutely adore it, perfect size for my needs and it makes me happy every time I look at it.

More recently I impulse bought a colourful Sezane silk shirt that makes me feel a million dollars (and tres chic) when I wear it 😊
