Roka sample sale

Has anybody tried this? A mystery bag for £29.95?
I’ve fancied a Roka backpack for a while but haven’t quite decided. They have this offer just now but I’m aware it could go disastrously wrong.

I've got a nylon (citrus) and a canvas (purple) for comparison. The nylon is a bit shinier and smoother, it might be slightly easier to wipe clean. I think I prefer the canvas, but there's not much in it and no difference at all from a distance.

These are a medium Finchley and medium cranfield, for size comparison (I think someone asked about that yesterday) they're identical sizing as far as I can tell, just slightly different pocket arrangement.

These are both lovely! There’s actually very few of the colours I dislike!

Some in my TK Maxx yesterday in Epsom, red, purple, multi and a couple of other brights between £19.99 and £24.99 so a good price.

I know! 🙈 it seems a shame to separate them...! However, can I justify keeping them all?! I will use one as a new uni bag, and one can be my new "changing bag" for taking out with the kids... other excuses/justifications welcomed!!

Happy with the two I've finally ended up with, two medium Bantry Cs which I swapped for a medium lavender Finchley A and a small sherbet Finchley A. The graphite will be my work bag and I'll save the coral for summer outings. Still v. temped by the raspberry bag in TK Max that a PP has linked to above though - when will the addiction end 😂

So seeing how good everyone said customer services was , I emailed them. I said I’d put a note in my 2nd lucky dip saying I’d got lavender and please could I have darker . And that the note was attached to the receipt, but the bag was pale again.
I did say I’d seen I. Mumsnet other people requesting not pale and that they gOt their request .
I said I’d used the lavender and it already had marks in it and I’d need to wash. I did say it was my first time using ROKA.

lesley replied and said let them know if the marks didn’t come out .
then said she was getting Katie to pop a dark bag in the post for me ! I did say shall I send back the pink, she didn’t respond to that just about the dark, washing bag etc even when asked again.

So looks like a bonus . Impressed with their customer service and I do plan to buy full price at some point as I like the look of the Camden . Anyone got one of those ?

So good customer service has meant I’ll buy from them again .

That's fab they're sending you out a dark one also! Lesley at their CS really is excellent, and I would def not hesitate to recommend them to other people based on that alone!

It does . More online shops need to be like this , build loyalty . I’m investigating the Camden . I need to wait a few weeks.
