Has anybody tried this? A mystery bag for £29.95?
I’ve fancied a Roka backpack for a while but haven’t quite decided. They have this offer just now but I’m aware it could go disastrously wrong.

It's a lot lighter than what I'd usually choose! I keep looking at it trying to decide whether I like it or not 😂

@Pumpkintopf does the strap have to be unbuckled to open the pocket or does it have a magnetic clasp?

I ordered three bags and they’ve sent three of the same – Finchley A medium in Lemongrass. I actually love the style and colour it but I thought I’d get a variety 😕

I can’t understand why anyone would think you would want 3 of the same if you ordered 3 lucky dips!

It doesn't exactly entice you to buy multi 'dips' does it? You'd think they would be encouraging people to spend more, plus save on the postage each time.
I asked if I could return one of my doubles as I have 3 lemongrass out of 5 luckydips, and they've said keep it and they'll said another anyway. Lesley again, picking up the pieces. It was Jamie that packed mine, I wonder if the message hasn't gotten through to the warehouse to mix it up in multiorders. Still love the bags though 👌

I have also been told that I will be sent a different second bag having had two of the same.

I'm guessing next year they will manage the sending out of different bags more efficiently.

The lemon grass is a beautiful colour, but I get why you wouldn't necessarily want three! Quite surprised that they are letting this happen

@Q2C4 that outer pocket needs you to actually undo the strap to access.

I have two lemon grass and have asked to return one, I like it but I don’t want two the same if possible!

I'm in the Finchley A medium gang.

Got Finchley A in lemon grass..and now they've sent me another one. I asked for not Finchley A so maybe that's all they've got left?

I took another chance and now have the Bantry in Medium Ink... anyone have another colour they'd like to swap this for? I have too many coats/jackets in Blue and don't want a blue bag too.

(I also have a Finchley Small in Sherbet up for swaps)
