I bought last year’s version of this Toiletry bag in the sale last year and I honestly think it’s one of my best ever Toast buys. Beautiful quality fabric and just a joy to use - one of those things that Toast does perfectly.

ScottishMouse · 19/12/2022 22:25

I can’t see anything, I just get a message that the archive sale has ended when I click on the link. How did you all get into it?

Noeggsontoast · 19/12/2022 22:28

@ScottishMouse I went to the toast site, signed in, then googled Toast Sale, clicked on sale link and it then shows sale items

faustina · 19/12/2022 22:30

I did the same @Noeggsontoast

ScottishMouse · 19/12/2022 22:41

Aha! Thanks folks, I found it.
Have ordered a couple of baskets and that lovely toiletry bag (thanks @Saurus72 !), plus the bluefaced Leicester wool sweater. The sweater will probably go back as I reckon the colour will drain me, but worth a try as a good discount on it.

Stoic123 · 19/12/2022 23:02

@Snowyowl78 - thank you for alert!

Bought the wide legged cotton fawn trousers as had my eye on them for a while and the loopback trousers in charcoal (not tempted @Saurus72?).

Also some furoshiki wraps (inspired by the latest Toast Live video) and a bauble to add into a friend's Xmas present.

savvy7 · 19/12/2022 23:11

Why can't I see the sale???

savvy7 · 19/12/2022 23:16

I;m in!

Saurus72 · 19/12/2022 23:16

@ScottishMouse You’re welcome, I do like to enable..! I ordered it too, couldn’t resist.

@Stoic123 Ah no, don’t think so for a few reasons, not least because I have a few pairs of lovely Sweaty Betty yoga pants in a drawer I found yesterday - still in the packaging. Just can’t justify it…

neveradullmoment99 · 19/12/2022 23:36

Ive just bought the fawn trousers too [ someone posted upthread] Have wanted them for ages but at nearly £200 original price, was just absolutely not paying that. I am going to hang back from ordering other things just now as they do drip feed the sale. I have my eye on the burgundy dress though but just decided to wait for now.

FiddleFigs · 19/12/2022 23:48

Cripes, I bought rather more than I planned to (though I’m sure some will go back). A couple of dresses, cord skirt, indigo trousers and a top. It’s all stuff I’ve been wanting but not been able to justify at full price (still can’t justify the multi coloured cardi at £175 - I was hoping it would be much less).

Countmeout · 20/12/2022 06:32

I have resisted. 😇 really don’t need anything. but may be tempted if something pops up later.

One of my parcels from the last sale has made it back which was a relief. Just one to go.

look forward to hearing about all your purchases.

dudsville · 20/12/2022 06:57

Your very restrained @Countmeout ! Good news about your parcel. I have one remaining return that was posted on the 3rd. It sat at my local po for ages and still hasn't made it back. I can't even be bothered to check on it.

Does anyone think the shetland fair isle has a bigger reduction than last year's?

I'm looking forward to trying some things- the barrel leg dungarees and the indigo denim trousers. I'm always on the lookout for a pair of dungarees, but I'm not normally in the market for denim trousers. I saw then in the shop and was really drawn to them.

I've ordered a lot, and I'm sure I'll add to that as they drip feed, but I do feel I can trust myself to only keep what I really love. And I think I'll plan a day to go to the shop with all my returns rather than risk the PO again as that really worked for me.

dudsville · 20/12/2022 06:59

Keep an eye on it@FiddleFigs ,I remember last Christmas sale a skirt I bought was later further reduced.

savvy7 · 20/12/2022 07:22

I do recommend the Fracap sandals if anyone is considering those.

dudsville · 20/12/2022 07:30

Just perused the sale again, the neat wool sweaters also have a bigger reduction, they were £90 in the summer sale.

AmethystMoonShine · 20/12/2022 08:11

Thanks for the heads up!

Not tempted by much thank goodness. Ordered the cashmere round jumper in denim blue and the cord jacket in the dark blue colour. Will keep my eyes open though.
The jumper I bought in the fairisle reduction a little while ago is now much cheaper and I’ve not even worn mine yet! It’s quite a thin knit and it’s been too cold!

Theteapotsbrokenspout · 20/12/2022 08:30

I ended up making 3 orders Blush , probably the most I’ve ordered on the first day of the sale before (thank you Kindred pass), mostly homeware though.

I am a bit concerned when things will arrive as it sounds as if not everyone has received all their last sale orders. Returns are also a worry as I’m miles from an Inpost shop, and I’ve still got my full price dress to return.

mizu · 20/12/2022 08:38

I still can't find it :(

Gonegrey31 · 20/12/2022 08:43

mizu log into your Toast account. Stay logged in . Then on the web Google Toast archive sale . Go to it and search Sale . That worked for me

Laska2Meryls · 20/12/2022 08:46

I have also bought the blue Furoshiki cloths (good for crafting) and a linen apron... I wonder when it will go officially live, maybe more will be added before then ...

Countmeout · 20/12/2022 09:05

I think it’ll go live today. Maybe lunchtime or teatime

OP posts:
mizu · 20/12/2022 09:12

Thanks gonegrey, I'll give it a go !

dudsville · 20/12/2022 09:18

@mizu , did you try the link on page1 of this thread? I can't remember who kindly linked it, but it worked for me.

mizu · 20/12/2022 09:19

I did, but it didn't work. Have just logged into my account so will see what happens.
