It’s that time 😀 No spoilers before 7.30am please

Going to join you all, bit late, only just remembered to check for a thread.
Haven't been able to afford one for a few years but decided to splurge this year.
Day 1, Like the ren eye cream
Day 2, like the face wash, so far
Day 3, was it the shampoo, using it but i already have pretty thick hair but waste not want not
Day 4, was it the nail varnish, I may have days 3 & 4 the wrong way round. Giving to my daughter, not really a nail varnish person.
Day 5, shay perfume, I think I like

I too really like this perfume. It’s not too sweet

Perfume bottle is pretty and I like the smell, but probably not a scent I would use often personally. I was a bit surprised it was one they’d given in a previous calendar - would have been nice to have a new one really!

Another one to donate to my mum this morning!

It says for short fine hair. That's me out. I have long thick hair.

I quite like the perfume from yesterday, not my normal preferred light citrus scent but it'll make a nice change for winter.
I have short fine hair so will enjoy using todays.

My hair is neither short nor fine so this is not one I’d have picked off the shelf, but in the spirit of trying everything in the calendar I’ll be giving it a go. Based on the 75ml size this would be worth £9 bringing the running total to £82, so already double the purchase price.
I’m away for a few days and when I get back I’ll update the totals.

Ooh, actually could I put them in a food bank? They take toiletries don't they?

I'd prefer them to go to someone who'd appreciate a little treat - my mum doesn't really care what she puts on her hair!

I'm wedded to my Amika leave in conditioner on my hair so this will get given away or swapped.
But it's still nice to have had both a shampoo & conditioner as so many advents just do one or the other.

I must have opened 9 by mistake as I have something completely different!

Wondabar I also opened no 9 by mistake then realised and put it back. Looking forward to it in 3 days time!

I don't have short hair either, but I'll still use today's. Really pleased to have the matching set of shampoo and conditioner.

Oh wait! What was today? I think I’ve opened the wrong one too…I was disappointed with what I got…not in terms of product but in terms of “not me”.

Shampoo and Conditioner are both hits - I've used before, and they are perfect sizes for travel.

And I really like the perfume too! Nothing beats Shay & Blue's Blood Oranges but this is a nice one for this time of year. A little goes a long way.....

Nail varnish - meh, nothing special.

It was the hair conditioner to match the shampoo from a couple of days ago.

Yes indeed I opened the wrong one 😂 not sure how I managed that! I’ll look forward to seeing the conditioner at some point! I’m the meantime I won’t give away any spoilers!

I can't use the conditioner as it has silicone in, which is not good for curls, but it will make a nice set to give to my friend.

Today’s sounds ideal for me as I have short, fine hair (a rare thing to be targeted for). Something for me to look forward to. I haven’t got the energy to get to my calendar and open it as I’m pretty ill with Covid

Underwhelmed at the conditioner but will give to my daughter, I don't usually use conditioner, i have a short textured hairstyle, conditioner doesn't really help my 'style'

I put the nail polish on on Saturday and it’s still going strong with no chips. A record for me.

I used the shampoo and conditioner this morning, my hair feels a bit sticky (probably the silicone) so will consign this one to the travel bag.

Day 7: Well I was going to wait until I got up but I couldn't resist!
I'm very pleased as I have used this product before & it's amazing!
(And was one of the things in the Advent that I wanted along with the Shay & Blue Black Tulip fragrance & the Origins Face Wash amongst other things)
