Any interest in a opening/review thread?

I tend to open early.
No photos until after 0700?

That’s weird just dug my finger in mine as have just started using it and mine appears to be coral all the way down

Roundaboot · 03/01/2023 11:46

Mine's also a darker colour on top. I've been using it since we got it, so a while now, and presume it's just reacting with the air? It's a little bit off-putting! But I'm not that keen on it anyway, it's a little bit too thick for a my liking

Mookie81 · 07/01/2023 10:51

Don't like the Augustine cream at all, using it at night to not waste it.
It's ridiculously expensive though!

I agree, it has an odd, thick texture. I use it at night too.

I'm not a fan of the cream at all and have about 3 bottles to use up. Their oil much better IMO...

Sell it on eBay. You can get about £25; a bottle once fees & postage come off. More during a reduced fees weekend. Offer multi sell discounts. I sold my 3 bottles to one customer before Christmas.

Newtrix · 13/01/2023 11:04

Just in case anyone is interested I've noticed that people are selling the things from this calendar that they're not keen on really reasonably on vinted. I've bought 2 of the Oto eye creams and 2 of the lumene oils. Less that £20 for all 4.

SuckItNietzsche · 14/01/2023 21:59

I opened my JL calendar when I got it so didn't follow this thread. Been using the products and really love the ESPA sleeping serum. My skin looks genuinely fab. Tootled off online to see how much a full size is, £84!!! 😬I'd have been more sparing if I knew, I've been slapping it on!

Mookie81 · 15/01/2023 01:58

I'll buy any Lumene oil, Dermalogica 50spf, Aqua di Parma, Sunday Riley, Votary, christophe Robin, elemis from the calendar. Can people PM me if they're interested please?!

ecology1989 · 16/01/2023 07:41

@SuckItNietzsche - I’m not going to use the ESPA serum as I use Tret. Would you like mine (no charge). Just seems a shame sat in my drawers if someone would enjoy using it!

That is so kind of you, I would love it! Please let me pay you for it though!

ecology1989 · 16/01/2023 12:53

@SuckItNietzsche I’ve just PM’d you

Mookie81 · 10/02/2023 20:20

Does anyone have the Sunday Riley cream or the Elemis serum I can buy?

How often do you use it? I don’t usually use retinol products and am wary if irritating my skin.

Peridot1 · 11/02/2023 10:40

@BeautifulDayintheneighbourhood - Retinol can definitely irritate some peoples skin so it’s wise to be wary. I’d start with using it twice a week and move up to every other day gradually.
