Gucci Sneakers on Finance?

Does anyone know where I can get Gucci Ace Bee on a pay monthly deal? I would love them before Christmas but don't want to spend significant amounts right before Christmas as would rather have money for spontaneous trips and events. It'd be great to split over 6 or 10 months.

OP posts:

The question is WHY. Why would one want a specific pair of white trainers - something readily available in many permutations and not requiring debt - for a trip?

The OP has never mentioned white trainers.

🙈 the ace bee are white.

White is one option. Nowhere did the OP mention that is the option they wish to purchase.

BedTaker · 28/11/2022 14:41

You can't buy them outright therefore you can't afford them. So don't buy them.

Alwayswonderedwhy · 28/11/2022 14:44

I would say if your financial situation is great then just buy them if you think they're worth it.
Why use credit to buy trainers if you're financially ok?

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 28/11/2022 14:48

@RaspberryBlu - can you wait and save up for the trainers? You might find them reduced in the January sales.

Covetthee · 28/11/2022 14:48

i’m interested in Why it bothers people if OP gets into DEBT. It literally has no affect on anyone here, but people always get pissy about someone wanting to buy something designer items on this forum, it doesn’t matter what it is.

we needed a new sofa, we had the money to buy it outright but we decided to get it on 0% finance as we wanted to keep that money in savings and for christmas. It no different.

NCFT0922 · 28/11/2022 15:01

They only do womens in white. The black & brown ones are the mens.

Agreed. Answer the question or scroll. OP wasn't asking if she should buy them.

Depending on which country you are in, that's not correct.

talomon · 28/11/2022 15:59

My feeling is the OP is a teenager and has neither investments nor a credit card and she is trying to buy the shoes and pay instalments with her pocket money.

It's all so boringly predictable. I was waiting for the inevitable comment about fakes, just surprised it took so long.

ScarletWitchM · 28/11/2022 16:05

PayPal offer a take 3 option which you make 3 payments over 3 months and it’s interest free. They also have a credit option but check the rates first

So stop talking complete bollocks when it's clear you know nothing.

I think your crazy
If you can't afford them don't buy them
If your desperate use a credit card

But getting into debt for trainers is just ridiculous

PollyAmour · 28/11/2022 16:57

If you want them, buy them, but on interest free credit only.

PinkSyCo · 28/11/2022 17:09

Hahaha I’ve heard it all now! 😂

QueSyrahSyrah · 28/11/2022 17:17

Hmmm I suspect you're not being entirely honest about how 'great' your finances are OP.

If you want them before Christmas but also to hold on to some money before Christmas then putting them on a credit card and paying them off in full come January would work just fine. Why the need to pay them off over 6 or 10 months if Christmas is the problem?

I would describe my finances as 'ok' rather than 'great' but I could definitely access and spend £500 tomorrow without it impacting Christmas in anyway or leaving me scrabbling for pennies (I wouldn't spend that on trainers personally, but if the washing machine packed up or something I'd be fine).

The Gucci trainers are nice enough but I don't think they're 8 times nicer than a box fresh pair of Stan Smiths.

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe · 28/11/2022 17:25

NCFT0922 · 26/11/2022 21:22

Don’t get them if you have broad feet. Or balenciaga runners (not that I would advise anyone to buy them anyway at the moment) they’re very narrow fittings.
Have you tried new balance? You will be able to buy them outright and they’re so much comfier.

Flagging these posts to the OP as they are really useful... unlike so much of the sneery, irrelevant dross on this thread.

You can afford them, OP, you could buy them outright but you want to do it on payment terms. Totally your choice and your right.

I'm on the lookout for new trainers again... my last new pair had 'prongs' on the back and left pinhole blisters on the back of my ankles. Lesson learned to try them on.

Hope you find your Gucci trainers are everything you expect.

talomon · 28/11/2022 17:56

@NippyWoowoo No need to get so worked up. I was just pointing out that she is most probably a child who is innocently asking a question and all the snippy comments about her financial management are quite irrelevant.

I wasn't worked up, but thanks for the clarification. I thought you were being sneery like the others

QueSyrahSyrah · 28/11/2022 18:51

@talomon The OP has said that she's in her 30s though.

@talomon The OP has said that she's in her 30s though.

She also said her finances were "great" but she needs to spread the payment over 10 mths. Not everyone on here is honest.
