What perfume gets you the most compliments? No one ever seems to notice mine, perhaps I'm not putting enough on..

Also Amarige by Givenchy. I've been wearing it on and off for 30 years and people always come in for a 'sniff' and a compliment.

Me too! I just ordered Molecule 01 and Portrait of a Lady, at least I thought I did. Looks like I've actually ordered two Molecule samples by mistake! I've written to them so hope they can sort it. They must be wondering where all the orders for these two are suddenly coming from!

This is going to sound weird but of all the perfumes I've ever worn in my life (no matter how expensive), I always got tonnes of compliments on a cheap one from Body Shop called Japanese Musk Oil.

I'm gutted because you can't buy it anymore but it was very popular in the 80s.

Byredo - Blanche. Every time I wear it I get a compliment. But it's so bloody expensive that I don't wear it daily, I just keep it for special occasions, which is a bit of a shame really.

Maybe you just haven't found the one that suits you or its not lasting on you. Try layering with the body lotion of the same fragrance if available. Or a second spray after the initial one. Be aware that sometimes your nose can be immune to the smell after long use so change your fragrance from time to time. Nothing worse than someone wearing too much perfume. Better to leave a delicate waft.😂

Nivea, seriously. Even the lady on the till at Argos asked what it was as it was so nice.

I see some people are ordering the 1ml samples. They cost companies about 30p a sample to make which is why I never understand why the perfume counters are so tight with their samples!

I wear the regular and the Intense - I actually prefer the Intense (it reminds of Chanel Allure Sensuelle - which is getting harder to find, and is definitely a night out fragrance, and I don't really have nights out any more).
