Did anyone see Tessy's baby's christening photos? They were a bit odd because her ex and his fiancee were in them too. I can maybe understand inviting them as he's the father of her first 2 children, but having them in photos too? His fiancee doesn't look convinced...

That’s a lot of very civilised divorced parenting there in the face of a bit particularly civilised divorce on the Lux part. The new fiancée isn’t convinced. Don’t blame her 😂

baby Prince Charles turns 2! We should send a card…

gluenotsoup · 10/05/2022 09:30

I saw a Twitter clip of Sophie dancing with JR but I can’t find it again ! Anyway, the dress was lovely, her dancing was really good, and she looked like she was thoroughly enjoying it, I love seeing anyone really enjoying life 😂

QueryA · 10/05/2022 13:19

I can't get any good pictures of it, but from what I can see I like Camilla's outfit in parliament today. I can't see any footwear to see if she has boots on Grin

She went for two-tone shoes - not a boot in sight! I must say it's my favourite outfit on her in ages.. loving the jaunty hat, style and fit of the whole outfit is great 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I thought Cams looked great. Sad for HMQ that she can't make even constitutional events now. I do wonder how much we will see of her over the Jubilee celebrations.
Next year I suspect Charles and Camilla will be formal Regents or Monarchs.

SnottyLottie · 10/05/2022 15:30

William and Catherine are in Manchester to attend the Glade of Light memorial for the Arena bombing victims.

It has been noted that she is wearing bee earrings. The worker bee is the symbol and emblem of the city.

Catherine looks good there; I like that, even though I guess it's technically a coat-dress. It's very windy in Manchester today so she's doing well with her hair there. @gluenotsoup I think you're local too? We should have paired up and gone to see them!

MotherofPearl · 10/05/2022 15:50

Some more photos of Prince Charles - newly released for his 2nd birthday! What a poppet!

Yes, I am local @MotherofPearl ! We should indeed, I’m in danger of turn into a style stalker though 😂.
She is doing incredibly well with her hair though, it’s very windy and muggy today, the sort of wind that whips around your head and makes you look like a scarecrow.

Maireas · 10/05/2022 16:44

I like Camilla's outfit - she looks great. A statement hat and good shoes and bag. I'm not so keen on Kate's coat dress, the proportions don't seem right to me. Nice bag though.
Little Charles! So sweet. They waited eight years to have him, so it's lovely how happy they always look, he's obviously brought them so much joy!

Perhaps Style Stalkers Anonymous could be the title of our next thread... Grin

Perhaps not Sophie's finest hour......

frugalkitty · 10/05/2022 17:17

Sorry, a photo would help!

Look at Sophie! I love it - gorgeous green jacket and jaunty trews. Not a coat dress or a floral dress. Different and fresh looking.

Cross post, @frugalkitty - we're going to have to agree to disagree on this one!

I like Sophie’s outfit today too! Lovely colour and an interesting variation after a run of dresses.

Meanwhile, in Spain, Leti appears to have taken leave of her senses…

Oh dear, Leti. Not keen. The fabric's all clingy as well. Not flattering.

OP posts:
KillingMeDeftly · 10/05/2022 17:34

I was going to say I like the pink on her but it wasn't until I zoomed in that I spotted those were cutouts and not a tan-coloured belt. Still, at least she's not dull!

MotherofPearl · 10/05/2022 17:44

Eeek. Thumbs down from me on Leti's magenta number.

chesterelly1 · 10/05/2022 18:11

Eek! I like the green of Sophie's jacket and that's it, it's in danger of entering dressing gown territory style-wise. I think the trousers could work with a simple blouse tucked in & different shoes.
As for Leti's pink dress, anyone else getting Pretty Woman vibes? Although if I attempted to wear it I'd be bursting out like an overfilled sausage roll so I really shouldn't be mean about it

Not a good look!!

Wonder if Wills got changed in the helicopter in the way up to Manc?

paradyning · 10/05/2022 18:16

Absolutely love the anecdote about Cams sharing her fags!

pussycatlickinglollyices · 10/05/2022 18:45

@chesterelly1 Oh blimey, I'd look like a Weinholts sausage roll in that! (also a Cestrian)

@paradyning lordy, what a thought! literally "flying half-mast" over your house!🤦‍♀️🤣 I think Cam would be up for MN drinkies 🍾🥂🍹🍸🍻🥴

AdaColeman · 10/05/2022 19:54

Top marks to Camilla for her lovely navy bue silk dress & jacket, by Fiona Clare I think. I really like frogging detail, all very much in keeping with the occasion. Nice to see that she put aside her favourite boots! Though I like that she brought her vintage (old!) Chanel bag and I’m sure that super hat is a rewear too.

AdaColeman · 10/05/2022 20:20

While Kate looks quite neat and appropriately dressed for the somber occasion, I don’t think that outfit does anything at all to enhance her appearance.

She looks so buttoned up and rigidly encased, the colour is awful for her, and those strange flaps just below her waist line, draw the eye downwards. The sudden flare of the skirt, the “just on the knee” length…there simply isn’t anything to say a good word about.

I’m going to skate over Sophie’s green jacket & checked slacks! Rupert the Bear springs to mind. Grin Grin
