Pink wedding dress?

Thanks in advance!
I'm getting married in Feb next year. I'm not keen on the traditional wedding gown, but similarly, having just had my second baby, I don't think (sadly) a more traditional slim fitting dress would suit either. I love the idea of a blush or pink dress. I've found this one online; the designer has offered to custom make it with a train and without the sleeves (or with different sleeves). But it's a risk ordering online without seeing it. What does everyone think?
I'm debating between traditional - as hopefully only a bride once.. or pink and fun. If pink, sleeveless or Bardot? Ruffle to bottom or plain? (With train). Help!

Some of those Tiglily dresses are jaw dropping! Some brilliantly so, some just a bit too mad Grin

I had a pink dress and loved it. And the sleeves are fantastic. Would probably not have a train though.

Love a coloured wedding dress when it's done properly. I keep looking at Pink Butterfly Brides in Wales. They seem to work with the bride and design something from the ground up. Every time I see something beautiful on their face book page Im like 💞💞
Some of the creations are just beautiful I would travel there in a heartbeat, just one problem I don't see marriage on my horizon.

That one @diege posted is fabulous.

Love love pink dresses. Do not like the one you put up. Its too bog roll cover doll (remember those? My grandma's generation so maybe not).

If you stick with very pale pink it's not so bridesmaid-y.

I actually like the sleeves a bit more as on trend but very distracting and may be annoying.

So pink yay, but find a different dress.

I love the pink one 💕

Well spotted Alightjacket although the watermark on the photo should have given it away to me.
Just goes to show how easy it it's to not notice these things.

If the company you've been speaking to are London based could you visit them to see the fabrics maybe OP?

Just a thought here but if you're near an Oxfam bridal shop, could you see if there is any dress in there that might work for you (even if it's ivory or white) and then see if you could get it dyed pink for you? You could end up with a completely unique dress and one that wouldn't break the bank?

Pink is great but wouldn’t buy a dress you can’t try on / return.

I had a pink wedding dress. Go for it!

This is quite simple and a bargain.
