Sophie and Edward have arrived in St Lucia, Sophie in a red shirt dress. I like this, it's not to formal, not too fussy. Interesting style note: Edward's suit has a matching red lining!

Sophie looks nice but those shoes! I thought at first she'd hurt her feet and they were bandaged 😆

I had a pair of similar 'bandagey' heels in the mid-2000s I think it was. They are really stretchy and comfortable, but nowadays I think they look naff!

Wouldn't have expected someone with Sophie'S colouring to pull off bright red, but she looks really good! Flattering cut of dress too.

Sophie looks good in the red dress but those shoes are an odd choice, and they don't match at all.

I think Louis is a Middleton through and through. He looks just like his mum and grandfather.

Love Sophie's dress. The colour is great on her and it looks so comfortable and chic. The less said about the shoes the better.

Kate in a Cefinn green leopard dress. Not sure the loafers do anything for the dress other than to transport to 1980s Sloan London.

Yes the new site isn't great. The MN emojis look very odd and sort of squashed, at least on my phone.

I had to log out and come back j again on the app. I wrote a long post about Eddie's red flash lining on his double breaster but then gave up.

I haven’t been on this thread much because my interest in royals goes only so far. I like talking about hidden messages in clothes and the role royalty try to carve out for themselves, not gossipy per se (no shade just difference)

I like Kate’s off duty dress, it’s similar to what I like to wear on a spring outing to the park. I have serious envy for her loafers although I would have personally paired them with relaxed jeans/blouse as I would look incredibly dowdy wearing them with a dress like that.

I’m not sure about Sophie’s dress. It looks like it can’t make its mind up whether to be formal or casual. Surprisingly, the colour looks good on her. Don’t get me started on the awful shoes. Her hair and make up are lovely, she looks stunning.

back to clothes. Thumbs up from me 👍 on the red dress. I’d wear similar if I wasn’t three stone too heavy and currently looking like a bowling ball round the middle.
