Best foundation for damaged, very uneven toned, rosacea prone skin please??

I have always used Clinique redness solutions as it used to suit my skin. But not anymore. It seems to highlight my open pores and dry out on my skin then it goes orangey despite being a light shade.

I'm 35 and in the past year my skin has gotten really, really, awful. It's went quite dry no matter how much I practice good skincare. It's often stinging and feels leathery on my cheeks. Redness across my cheeks and chin.

Tbh it's just a mess. Coming into summer and I'm going to try something else.

Any recommendations. Need good coverage but not drying.

@LBF2020 I'm so glad they're sending you some cream via post and I hope it works for you! I think it was this board where I heard about it the first time. Paying it forward and helping others with the same annoying skin issue is a great feeling!
