I think Kate looks beautiful in almost anything. The yellow dress and slingback heels combo was beautiful and my favourite of the tour so far.

When she is a little bored on a wet afternoon, Max likes to delve into the dusty forgotten corners of the Royal Treasury at Huis ten Bosch palace to see what long lost wonders she can unearth.

She might find a cluster of ancient royal orders from before the First World War that she will pin on a hat, or some of Queen Wilhelmina’s rings that she can string together on a chain.

One day she finds an ornamental bejewelled stomacher, she blows off the dust, and is thrilled with the glittering heap revealed. Maxima knows how stunning it will look on a dark dress for her appearance at the UN…..

Well Henry I did die after feasting on royal eels!

I'm a bit behind, but just wanted to post how much I loved the yellow dress. It's one of the prettiest things I have seen Kate wear. In fact, something like that (in a different color) would have been a much better choice for that reception in Belize than that pink sparkly number.

I'm also not a fan of white shoes. I do wear white trousers fairly often in the summer, living as I do in a warm climate, but can't quite bring myself to wear white shoes.

I like the green evening dress, which surprises me because I'm usually averse to bodice frou-frou coupled with tulle. But it works on that dress.

I’m not a fan of white shoes either. However she got away with it with the dress because they did look right. Didn’t like them with the suit - I’d’ve been much happier had she worn the nude sling backs with that; the heel height was good and the shoes suited the styling.

I love the colour of the dress, and the style. Not so keen on the floofiness and sequins, it’s a bit too 80s prom dress for my style. Although yet again she proves she can pull anything off. I hate her 😆Her hair and make up are divine, I really do love her with an updo, she should wear it like that more often. The earrings aren’t my style but they work with the outfit. I appreciate that she didn’t got over the top and just stuck to the earrings rather than pairing them with a necklace.

Oh also on white shoes - I agree, the style matters. The ones worn with the dress are just about acceptable to me. Plain white courts are awful and should never be worn IMO.

That was my first reaction!

I like it, the hat and bracelet definitely improve it though and the stars of the outfit. I don’t really like the shoes, they look ok but she’s missed a lot of fab shoe opportunities on this tour so far. I think it might be hard to beat the yellow and green dresses though, both beautiful. In fact, the Aquazurra shoes from the yellow outfit would have been a better choice today.
I think she was outshone by William today though 😊
