I was in M&S today and got the whole rundown on Sparks, he said it's being relaunched this week. You have to have the app and scan it on your phone, he says they are 'moving away' from the physical cards. There were 6 offers today. Mine were entry into a draw and 50p-£1 off peas, blueberries, soup and fish (I'm a vegetarian). New offer every day for 12 days, (you have to check it every day I think) then offers will come out every other Thursday

No, I'm sorry but that is really wrong. Hot cross buns should have raisins/sultanas. None of this trendy nonsense.

I still remember the disappointment a few years ago when I accidentally bought chocolate chip ones from a local bakery. I'm still traumatised. And I love chocolate.

I just keep getting the Plant Kitchen crap, and whilst I eat mainly vegetarian and don't drink milk, I also don't eat processed fake vegan foods either, the vegan versions are often high calorie too. I don't even bother picking them up, though I guess I could put them in the food bank.

I don't really consider the discounts to be anything worth commenting on. They keep giving me ones like 15% off desserts or 10% off tea/coffee but I'm not buying that stuff anyway.

I got a free 200g bar of nice chocolate last week and they have just given me another one of those plus several different discounts on food and clothes.

I think that the M&S Sparks card now is now in competition with the Waitrose card for the worst loyalty card!
