Sotd 4160 Shazam!

SOTD had been Cinnabar layered over Youth Dew. 🎄

I'm back from shopping, and it wasn't too busy. Was very surprised at how little wrapping paper was available; hardly any in Clinton's (no gold paper!), none in M&S, and none in Card Factory. No gift bags either. I reluctantly plumped for some rather boring designs and will have to jazz up my gifts with lots of snazzy ribbons and bows. 🎀🎁🎄

Also, all Liqueur chocs, good stollen and fancy cheesy biscuits were gone, with no stock until after Xmas. My hamper is looking very unexciting.

Yet another parcel failed to arrive today. Will have to spend the evening finishing off my shopping with a bit of last minute ordering. Thank goodness for next day delivery; not that it's proving very reliable.

I bought my final gift yesterday: crabtree & Evelyn rosewater matching shower gel & body lotion from tkmaxx. I'm not generally a fan of florals but this is lovely. I wish I'd bought myself a set too!

I’ve had a blind buy fail - Guerlain L’Heure Bleue. Based on the notes and the fact that I love many classic perfumes (especially Mitsouko) I thought I’d love this, but sadly I really don’t. So I’ve got a new 75ml bottle with one spray gone. If anyone would like it, please PM me.

Today I wore 4160 Tuesdays Complicated Shadows and then loads of Chantilly in the evening as I felt like wearing more perfume.

SOTd MMM Lazy Sunday Morning. I’ve not even left the house today - bath and then fresh lounge wear.

Sotd jean paul gaultier La belle eau de parfum(the newest one). Lots of pear and some vanilla. Sweet but Fresher than I expected.
