Hello! I'm a lurker who always has good intentions to post but never does! Plus I'm rubbish at taking pics and I always manage too look like I have no legs! @EllaPaella/@Sooverthemill will confirm & I'm a bit of an erm let's say 'avid' clothes buyer (it's Gin 😊)
Anyway I'm here to say thank you to @AnnieSnap as I saw you in that beautiful Boden coat and had to have it! But then they cancelled my order....... They found one in the end and I love it. So thanks for the inspo you looked amazing in it & you always look fabulous 👏👏👏

So I'm going to try and stop living in harems/sweatshirts and wear my wardrobe even though I'm now wfh full time. I will dress for me 😊

I can’t buy any more though unless it ends up heavily discounted in a future sale. I have spent so much over Black Friday that I’m harbouring some feeling of shame 😳

Definitely dress for you. I took my dogs to the vets on Tuesday and went to the dentist on Wednesday, both felt like rock and roll opportunities to get dressed-up (weird times we’re living in). I have the hairdressers next week, I’ll be pulling out all the stops 😂🤣

When you get dressed-up, please share a photo. I get my long suffering husband to take my, much easier than selfies!

Did some shopping as I'm away and bought some cropped denim dungarees from White Stuff.Tried on the navy cord ones which were also lovely but the cropped fit better.Will post when I wear them back at home.Also bought some new PJ'S from M&S which I would definitely photograph if I was at home ...they are so soft.

@Softpebbles @Justonedayatatime11 I’m gluten and lactose intolerant but also I’m pretty certain I’ve developed new intolerance to onion family and brassica family. And legumes ( peanuts, peas, pulses). I’m also allergic to almost all raw fruit and many vegetables. So is DD. As she often asks ‘why did you breed?’ I’m doing an elimination diet to be certain but the extra yoghurt was very unfair!

Yes the pink one is gorgeous. Don't feel guilty for your spends (I've had to put the Boden coat back in the box for now as I can't find any space to hang it! ) I will share some pics and aim to get out of the joggers!

I've been hopeless and fallen off the thread again. Mostly wearing joggers last week. I've discovered the M&S jogging bottoms and they're so soft and warm and comfy I've been living in them.

I'm flying the flag for M&S atm. I know people can be quite scathing about them, and, to be fair, they did go through a dodgy patch for a while, but I went in the other day and bought lots and could have bought lots more again if I wasn't meant to be shopping for Christmas presents for other people. I was really impressed. Still some rubbish, but loads of stuff that I really liked.

We went on a Father Christmas visit with DS today. He loved the train but was terrified of Father Christmas and spent the whole time crying and hiding his face in my coat, so not a raging success but never mind!

I'm getting into the festive spirit and drawn to all things sparkly ATM.

Jeans - M&S, they have a glitter stripe on the side, I'm not convinced it'll last a wash but they're comfy, well-fitting jeans anyway.

I agree with you regarding M&S @toastfiend. I’ve bought quite a bit from them in the past few months. It does feel like they’ve found their groove a bit (and their delivery has become quicker and more reliable).

I’m in the first thing that came to hand today (because DS needed to get to school and I didn’t have any time to really think about an outfit). The jumper is subtly sparkly.

Bracing ourselves for Storm Barra...dread to think what damage it might do on the already vulnerable areas after Storm Arwen last week.

Christmas Jumper : Tommy Hilfiger Girls - bought about 10 years ago in Macy's New York. Two kids later and it's a bit tight / small but I don't really care because to me it is the epitome of the Christmas season.
