It's a Boden day today

Oh @Sooverthemill I'd love to do a knitting course my nan taught me when I was younger. I can't remember anything now though.

I was going to buy myself a coat as have a business trip to Paris soon but realised that this coat will be fine no one will actually see me in it as the event is indoors.

Great colours @pompomsgalore and @Chrispackhamspoodle. Yesterday top LK Bennett, skirt Steilmann. Today sweatshirt Jack Wills, jeans Gap. I am trying jeans again- I usually find them uncomfortable.

Actually this coat is good too just need to saw back on the button. Ignore the fact Elmo looks like he's doing something that he could get arrested for. DS bedroom has better light in the afternoons.

So today, I’m sporting a hard hat complements of Harrison’s Cave, Barbados and a cheeky little mask complements of SARS2 COVID. Also a close-up of a playsuit (the term makes me cringe) from Boden. It requires 2 safety pins to be decent, despite reviewers telling them repeatedly for over 25 years that their necklines are too low 🙄

Friday night out.. Dress from Guess. Haven't been out in ages, really hope I don't look like mutton dressed as lamb, 😭

@Chrispackhamspoodle that pink Zara dress looks fabulous on you. I see a lot of posters wearing great stuff from Zara. Unfortunately, when I went in my large local branch, I felt overwhelmed by the chaos, turned around and left. Sadly, I don’t find their website purchaser friendly either 😮

Bought myself a new coat yesterday. $15 from a second hand place. Just need to sew a new button on. Had to buy an XL. Not sure it’s worth holding onto my gorgeous S coats any more 😢

I think shorter dresses with tights and boots is definitely an outfit I feel comfortable in over winter.

I am home from a lovely week away in North Devon - just pottering and catching up with washing and jobs etc. Wearing cosy Hush Meryl jumper and Gap skinny jeans.

It's all about the layering today as I volunteer with the women's equivalent of round table and help with the local fireworks 🎇 it's great fun and this year was really busy so hopefully we've collected lots for charity.

DH is away seeing family in the midlands so DD and are are relaxing. We watched oceans 11 last night ( how have I never seen it?)
