How about a Westminster tiara, Gluenotsoup? There are quite a few.

I loved Kate in her red ensemble today, the reds were so well-matched I thought it was a dress at first. She did look tired though (I have every sympathy, I have a house full of children with heavy colds, yay…).

As for tiaras, I’ll take the Chaumet Bourbon-Parma, if it’s free? Or the lovely Portland diamond, sapphire and pearl one. Either would do for me.

@gluenotsoup there is the Duchess of Manchester’s tiara, if yo u fancy that? Helpfully, it’s now in the V&A so can be admired in person (the Duchess in the photo must have been quite tiny as in the flesh the tiara doesn’t look that imposing…).

I quite liked Kate’s red outfit today, she does carry that bright scarlet shade off well, she’s often worn it in the past. I thought that the neck was too high, but the skirt was super, and flowed beautifully.
She needed a nice brooch to finish it off I thought.

That Faberge tiara is lovely, but surprisingly petite in reality I think? More like the tiara a ballerina would wear?

The Norwegian parure is rather lovely, green goes with lots of colours so practical too 👍🏼

Ah well if it's petite it's just as well I'm sticking with the Fife. It's all about the sheer quantity of diamonds for me.

As for Tiara Day, count me in!

There'd better be some tiaras on show at the Diplomatic Reception next month, or I foresee some tantrums on our thread. Me included!

Back to Charlene, she looks sicker and sicker on every subsequent picture. She should be returning ‘in October’ but who knows.
Those poor twins, must be awful for them being without their mummy for so long :(

The Charlene situation is concerning, that's for sure. She looks dreadfully unwell and very gaunt, and then it's also striking, as paradyning says, that she has taken to wearing rosary beads and appears to be perhaps undergoing some kind of religious experience. It is all quite puzzling, and I hope she's okay.

Charlene’s parents must still be in South Africa, so she won’t be entirely alone there, and she’ll have staff of course too.

Her medical problems seem to have been triggered by a sinus lift and bone contouring procedure in the Spring. She certainly looks very ill poor soul, and she must be missing her children.
