Things I want for autumn that may or may not exist

I’d like a green (proper leaf green) pencil skirt and a flat/low heel pair of red lace up leather or suede boots which aren’t clumpy like DMs. Not to be worn together, I just want some.

I don’t think these things exist!

Any mythical items you want for autumn?

Lace up dark tan leather (or faux) ankle boots with a low heel, not too smart, not too casual.

Thanks too *@Menacingvern12*- I think I’m going to go with the Embassy ones
They ARE beautiful

A waterproof winter coat would be nice, not a parka a proper coat, they are usually wool/cashmere so dont keep you dry.

I want a black long frock coat type thing with leopard lapels. Just me wanting it means that it won't exist.

I want a needle cord skirt with pockets. Knee-length or a bit shorter, no button fly type shenanigans, preferably plain darkish colour. And not pricey. I have a gorgeous old one from sainsburys which is perfect except it isn't plain and it's too big! And I'd rather buy it from a real life shop rather than something I can only get on the internet.
Man I am so fussy! It's no wonder I have so few clothes.

That sure is a beaut MeredithGreyishblue but alas they don't come small enough for me in White Stuff and it's a bit on the pricey side. I am a primary teacher and can't guarantee I won't get it covered in paint/snot/whiteboard pen.

Ah, no then! Hmmm.

I got a Mistral one off ebay last week for under a tenner bnwt. Don't know how small they go though. Sadly, something I never need to look for. Opposite end for me! Grin

Dadvdtret · 06/09/2021 16:51

@Usernamenotavailabletryanother that's good!!! Ideally wanted a bit lighter leopard / longer lapels and a bit longer and less fitted but this is an excellent back up plan!

Dadvdtret · 06/09/2021 16:53

Although i just noticed they don't have it my size anyway!

Bloodylovecheese · 06/09/2021 19:13

I have some josef seibel patent dark green doc type boots and they are so comfortable !

@SingingWaffleDoggy
Not sure if anyone's mentioned it yet but have a look at Embassy London. Gorgeous boots, really well made, their boots are wide fit as standard and they all zip up the side as well as have laces. I buy a new pair every year. I don't have to break them in at all - really comfy.

Some of the designs are a little bit 'out there' but a lot of them are low key with a quirky twist.

Yes, I find white stuff large....but their size guide says an 8 is a 25" waist and they go down to a 4. In the past, white stuff 8 definitely isn't 25" waist (because mine is 27", and an 8 fits me just fine)

I'm not sure this is quite what you're looking for but look at this beauty:
