Snag tight?

I usually buy Primark cheapies but they're awful really. I'm a chubby 16 with short legs so they're either way too long or they dig in.

I'm balling at paying £20 odd quid for 3 pairs of tights though!

I bought a few pairs with high hopes and I think they're OK. I was ready to love them, but I'm not sure how different they are from other tights really. I find they still nip me in at the waist at the top more than I'd like them to.
