I've just ordered a Parka as great prices at the moment on SuperDry.

I'm also wanting a new Gilet - loved my previous fat face one but it's too big now so will sell it and get a new one.

Think I also fancy an aviator jacket and some black biker boots. May just go for a cheapy jacket as will wear the parka for really bad weather and have a good waterproof already for wet days.

But I'm pretty clueless on fashion trends - so would love to hear what people who are more up to date are buying for next season. X

I have gone for some gorgeous flat boots from Maje that have a detachable chain. I know it sounds weird but the boots on their own are great and also adding the chain makes them a bit less standard.

My recent purchase is the faux fur lined leather jacket from whistles. It’s an extravagance but I think I will wear it loads. I do like a leather jacket but I also don’t like to wear jumpers so this fur lined one I am hoping I can wear with a non warm top and still be warm when outside.

I got a great wool and cashmere coat in the sale last summer from Anthropologie. It’s navy blue, amazing lining, and looks great with everything I have.

This time I bought some American eagle jeans and they are skinny jeans. I have not worn skinny jeans for a while but I do feel like they’re very flexible for my wardrobe and shoe / boot options. I have worn them a few times and I really like them. I flit between them, and my primark acid wash mom jeans.

I need a all weather coat though so that’s a gap I need to fill! A parka is a good idea for that!

I know they're "out" but it's going to take a lot for me to separate from my 721s as they're just everything I want in a jean. Flattering, comfortable, practical, don't get soggy at the bottom. Easy to tuck into a boot.

I’m quite tempted by some dungarees but the ones I want are currently out of stock. Need a nice chunky cardigan to go with them as well

I really fancy some dungarees but I don't know what to do about footwear with them? What would you wear? X

Trainers with dungarees probably. I live in trainers and TOMS in spring/autumn, flip flops and Birkenstock’s in summer and ugg boots in winter.
I’m after some lucy&yak ones but all the black stuff is OOS and I don’t want bright rainbow colours as that’s just not me

I've had a big shopping spree at the charity shop this month, bought 2 cardigans, a jumper, 2 x coats(one big long military looking one and one plain black trench), 4 x skirts(mixture of denim and leather looking ones to go with tights) and 1 new dress. I've also bought 2 new pairs of boots that wasn't from the charity shop because I can never find shoes to fit my feet in there!

I bought a green, calf length, very padded, hooded River Island coat in the Very sale in July 😀 I got a load of fine knit jumpers in the New Look sale. I ordered two chunky jumpers from Shein, one cream and one terracotta. Got a great, orange leopard print pleated midi skirt from Boohoo which I can wear now but planning to wear with the cream chunky jumper and boots.

Two things I’m looking for.
1: A camel coloured traditional wool coat
2: same colour in a cashmere roll neck.

Spent last winter looking for both of those and didn’t get either!

@Beachlovingirl Where did you get your Whistles fur lined biker from? I can’t seem to find it in stock anywhere.

I'm excited to wear my new blk DM boots. I got them for my Birthday but not had a chance to wear them yet.
I'm another one who is not ready to ditch the skinnies just yet! I do have looser denim which I like wearing but I think boots look better with skinnier/slimmer style denim.

I would like a new cream/sandy coloured teddy style coat. Zara is my go to for coats.

A heavier cotton striped jumper. Probably Asos

Looking for a short black Dungeree style dress to wear with tights. Monki used to do them but haven't seen them online recently.

@AlwaysOneMissing yes it was the same for me but I found it on brand alley and the delivery time isn’t until September - so I haven’t received it yet.

The one I’ve ordered isn’t the one with the black fur that is current season, it’s the one with the mink colour fur - I would have been happy to pay full price for the one with black fur but it wasn’t meant to be

I need new boots..I fancy block heeled ankle boots and some over the knee long boots..

Got my eye on some shirt dresses from dancing leapord.

Need a new faux leather jacket too which will help to transition my summer dresses with aforementioned ankle boots.

I'm currently on a weight loss journey and hope by December ill be able to wear cute corduroy mini skirts with thick black tights and lovely knitted jumpers!

Ah Brandalley - thanks @Beachlovingirl I wouldn’t have thought of looking there. I actually love the look of the mink one.

I searched other brands for fur lined bikers too but couldn’t seem to find any others.

On their way, from Mango, a collarless leather jacket, knitted long line shirt style dress and matching trousers. I have ordered outside my comfort zone but trying out new shapes and styles, so could be the first returns of the season or keepers! Already in house, some new underwear, a very bright graphic print pleated skirt and an orange knitted polo shirt to go with the skirt (skirt Monki and shirt from Mango).

Actually that Hobbs coat is lovely! I dont normally look at the ones with one button, as I really like double breasted. But it does close properly because of the belt.

I've made myself a slightly Westwood -esque skirt in a dark plaid, and am going to try to make another in maybe grey flannel.

I'm still in the lookout for grey flannel trousers and the perfect grey jumper.

Bought some slim flares, so I need a trying on session to see what goes with them. Any ideas for tops/ jumpers that might work?

I've collected some Vinted parcels today. Am a little obsessed with Vinted.

Everything so far has been such good condition and absolute bargains so I've quite quickly got over my second hand snobbery - Fat Face gilet collected today was £5 - and looks brand new! I bought my previous one new for £60!

As I've lost 3.5 stone since this time last year I'm discovering things I have not worn for some time that still suit me - good news! So far I have bought two Brora jersey skirts with the matching silk blouses in liberty print and a "Straw" colour merino hoodie to wear with them. A black polo necked jumper to mix and match with above. I have three pairs of "Girlfriend" jeans that i bought a while back when skinny jeans were supposed to be out but were not. I have 3 Fold dresses that now fit, including a red merino wool one and a very luxurious Fold red coat that now does up. DH bought me a blue donegal wool waistcoat for my birthday. I have lots of boots but need some fairly slumpy ones, not sure if Solvair will fit the bill, They have new green ones in Toast this year and I wear a lot of green. I have a lovely black jumbo cord pinafore dress from Howies that now fits.
I think I'll save up and wait for the sales in january as it will take me until the to give all my other stuff an outing.
