Saint and Sofia?

Anyone here shopped with this brand? There are some questionable reviews out there on refunds taking a very long time. Any experiences of this, quality etc?

They sent me an email inviting me to their sale and I ordered a dress and a top. They didn't fit but when I sent them back they said that as I bought via a private sale I could only have a credit note. So if they send you an email with a link to the website look for very small wording saying private sale. I got my money back after quoting distance selling laws but it took a lot of wrangling and quite a few emails before I did. I wouldn't chance buying from them again even though I like the look of a lot of their clothes.

I bought some trousers from them, but they fitted badly and looked like a cheap supermarket offering. Very overpriced for what they were. I sent them back and had to chase a refund, which wasn’t forthcoming until I hassled them. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Bought a scarf, dubious quality although I liked the style. I wouldn’t rush to use them again

IIRC there was a long thread on here about their not very impressive customer service, OP.

They were appalling

They blocked me on social media when I asked when I would get my refund. THAT'S their level of customer service

Massively overpriced tat too. Seriously nothing going for them!

Oh my god that's almost laughable

I don't get why brands do that anyway. Hijack a negative thread and make everything sound so positive and delightful. Surely every other poster saying Saint and Sofia are shit just makes them look ridiculous?

It's like those 5 star robotic reviews surrounded by 1 star ones

But then again I would expect nothing less from Saint and Sofia the utter pile of crap that they are.

There’s no confusion. She wanted a refund not a credit or exchange. Almost everywhere offers a refund so why don’t you?

I have to say though I had read the previous thread about shitty customer service but spouted a dress I really wanted.
I ordered it and it turned up pretty quickly. Quality’s good and I really like it BUT I haven’t had to send anything back of course so maybe I wouldn’t be as happy if I had

How strange- I've never ordered anything from S&S! Not even a scarf 😂

Just to say I ordered a couple of t shirts from them, they weren’t quite right. The refund took ages, and I did actually email them to say that I wouldn’t be ordering from them again.
