As it’s the mayor of Bormes les Mimosas who officiated, it seems as though they only had the civil marriage, and they do tend to be very relaxed affairs, hence the casual style of the dress & hair etc.

It’s the religious wedding service (which the Middletons may or may not have later) which tends to be more formal and dressy in some parts of France.

The French focus is usually more on the food than the clothes!

The Harry and Meghan Time cover just looks so weird. I can't put my finger on it. Maybe as a Pp said it is to do with perspective? And Harry's spray on extra hair???

The Time cover reminds me of a fantasy book cover, the soft focus faces but with staring eyes looking straight into the camera, the figures superimposed on a dreamlike forest background, the contrasting dark & white clothes, and all that strange hair!

Yes the beam is like Kate for sure and yes, I thought the same x2 deftly. My hair looks similar.

I can just imagine the photographer's direction. Ok, look dreamy but serious, influencer-ish and powerful. Harry, you just crouch a bit behind your wife. Don't worry about your bald patch, we'll draw it on later

I think Harry has had some sort of hair transplant or has been on the Regaine but I don't think it looks that bad. It's not quite Elton John territory yet!

Hopefully the royal fashion will pick up a bit as we're heading into autumn, we could do with some evening gowns and jewels to list after.

Is there a diplomatic reception this year? And surely we're overdue a state visit? Maybe the Japanese emperor and Empress as they've not been yet. Or Joe Biden, as I don't think his last visit was a state one.
