You would all be proud of me. Sent back the pale blue jeans from my haul, tried them on many times and they don't fit as well as the black ones I have ( oddly) so returning them. Oh and the 4 pairs of zara jeans I got to try. Someone needs to remind me Zara jeans do not fit my body, looking at my account I've returned every single pair I've ordered in the last 4 years! So, many pounds back in the bank

Oh and free people refunded the jeans an hour after I booed the run and printed the label. Money already in the bank even though jeans are still by my front door. Efficient

Morning all. Actually off to my office today. Wow. Getting on a train - the whole nine yards, lol. Dress from Javelin, with separate cuffs from Me&Em. Duster coat was an impulse buy from the All Saints sale. Black boots I think are from Michael Kors from ages ago. Dragged them out as there is vaguely cowboy vibe going on in my (red - lol?) neck of the woods just now

Today is meant to be sunny so I’m dressed for the French Riviera.

Also attached is photo of what arrived yesterday afternoon. New Agolde jeans and Russell and Bromley backless loafers for Autumn. Genuinely looking forward to autumn clothes this year.

Our garden furniture arrived yesterday too so DH will try to assemble that later.

Those new loafers are lovely @Sooverthemill Very pretty dress too.

I've got my new jumpsuit on today. I like the Jaki dungarees but unfortunately everything I've ever had from there has gone back - their approach to sizing just doesn't work for me.

There's a cold breeze here this morning so I currently have another new purchase on top - Oliver Bonas knitted bomber with flower detail on the back (excuse the rubbish picture!)

Today I'm wearing Saint and Sofia Finsbury pant in black with animal trim on outer seam (super comfy)

My t shirt is from next. I don't love it but I'm short on white tops right now and, apart from black, im not sure what top you wear with the pants.

Whistles top & Tesco joggers. Total loungewear day after being up multiple times last night as DC kept waking up, exhausted

Trying to get used to wearing office clothes. I suspect I’m still on the casual end of the spectrum.

@MeridasMum it was me who has the Jaki joggers - I love them. Every time I wear them someone asks where they are from.

My new Zara dress arrived today, only just had a chance to try it on but I'm definitely keeping. Cotton and Linen mix and hangs very nicely- perfect holiday dress. We go away on Friday and work has been manic so not had a chance to get anything sorted yet.

Thank you for the comment on my skirt yesterday @Sooverthemill - I love that skirt but haven't really worn it this summer, I'm not sure why not though.

I'm pleased with my tailored jeans - they were definitely still cheaper than RRP and now fit really well. They're straight leg which I don't normally wear but I wanted jeans which were full length but not skinny. I like wearing jeans and trainers in the autumn but I'm not keen on chilly ankles so these are an alternative my usual ones which I wear rolled up.

Love the jumpsuit @20FlowerPower I really like dungarees on others but not on me, that could be a good alternative.

When I threw this on it was gloomy and now it’s full sun! I had thought I’d wear a dress. Had a really dreadful day yesterday with DD and comfort bought myself a dress in the evening. Bet it will be awful when it arrives!
But I did have a nice 20 minutes having a virtual shop in a yarn shop is London for a new knit ( photo attached of a quite close colour way). Very excited. This is a ‘knitalong’

@Sooverthemill I used to have that hush t-shirt. I loved it but mine went very baggy and out of shape. I do find the quality is hit or miss with hush.

I had an actual face-to-face meeting at work today (which autocorrect rather depressingly wants to change to FaceTime meeting). With several colleagues I hadn’t seen since March 2020.

@PalacePaper yes the tees used to variable in quality but I’ve had some excellent hush t shirts. This one is quite thin so I’m careful with it!
