Should I keep this dress?

Or does it look frumpy? I love the colours (although not sure if they suit me) and it's 100% cotton which is a bonus. Not too keen on the belt and it's on wonky because of the way it was attached with the security tag.

I don't know if it's the Mumsnet Effect but I'm now desperate for one. And it's out of stock in my size
