Oh dear, I think I have worn most of these things at some stage in my life (although I refuse to comment on the crotchless knickers!!). There are many items on these lists that I definitely wouldnt wear now though.

The only possible exceptions for me are crocs and highwaisted trousers of any sort because they make me look pregnant. Oh and hareem trousers, dont think I have even tried a pair on.

An ex GF of one of my sons left her furry sliders here when they split up so I wear them to put the bin out/go to the shed/take the dog out for a late night pee. They are very handy.

This is why they suit me, at 5ft 10 my size 4 feet look more in proportion in cons ☺️

What’s the beef with cold shoulder tops? I wore them a lot five years ago (I hadn’t noticed them before) in the summer and thought they made a nice change from usual summer tops and dresses. I didn’t realise they were still around and also disliked so much.

To be fair I’ve never tried one on (maybe I’d love them…) but I find the whole idea of cold shoulder tops daft. The clue’s in the name :o why would I want cold shoulders? If it’s cold, that would be horrible. If it’s hot and I want cold shoulders, then I would also want cold arms not sleeves.

Saying you've never worn a cold shoulder top isn't the same as having a "beef". I haven't seen anyone being critical? Unless I've missed that, @SwimBaby?

I confess to 2 pairs of crotchless knickers at the bottom of the drawer, it’s a long time since they have been anywhere near me!

They were sold as “health knickers” back in the day. Not sure whose health they were supposed to benefit. 😂.

maireas I LIVE in leggings but only UNDER my jeans or whatever other trousers I'm wearing. In the cold weather of course, they give very good insulation, it's cold downstairs in our house.

I was thinking I'd never worn a onesie but remembered that I wore a fancy satin hotpant onesie to a posh party in the 70s! OMG but I looked ok in the pix.
