A poncho back in the day....begged my mother for one, but she never gave in (thankfully).

I had a friend who's mother bought her a poncho at jumble sale in 80's, it was hilarious watching her trying to hide by every lamppost, and in doorways when she was made to wear it.

I've never worn leather trousers.

Skinny jeans! I tried some on when they first came in (15 years ago or so??) but they are just not built for my shape. So I was unfashionably wide legged from 2005 - 2018 til wide came back in again!
