Morning all. Working from home today so excuse the scruffy hair and tbh my dungas maybe could do with being introduced to an iron.. nevermind comfort is the name of the game.
Top matalan, Dungarees Run and Fly and slippers are battered old Toms but so comfy and warm.

Thanks for the welcome! I'm in work today so back to the cheap and cheerful. I work in a primary school so clothes regularly get wrecked.
Skirt from shein and jumper from Primark. Boots are Clarks.

@Sickoffamilydrama - good luck with the move - we’re renovating/extending instead of moving, which I’m hoping will be less stressful.

I’m vaguely contemplating building my outfits on culottes this week. Only I certainly don’t have 5 pairs, so I might have to get creative with the definition of culottes later in the week.

Thanks all. DD has a host of new symptoms ( but actually I think they've kind of been creeping up on us) and we are desperately trying to get her to 'see' a rheumatologist who can diagnose therefore offer support/advice/ medication . We are reasonably certain she has Lupus and ehler danios syndrome (in 2014 old paed said he was 99% certain she has EDS) and probably Sjogrens too. Her POTs is very bad so she's fainting lots and Friday night had a fall from the loo and hit head
onto the basin. She's bruised but I don't think she lost consciousness after the fall but before it. It took an hour to get her off floor. Last night was just a terrible night of pain, nausea and distress. She subluxation (?) her shoulder and ankle toe days ago and she's in agony. Her blood test today is for the repeat lupus tests and to formally diagnose a blood clotting disorder. It's just such a massive worry and I'm exhaustion yhe worry as much as lack of sleep!

Yesterday was boohoo dungarees, new look roll neck and converse Chuck taylors

@Sooverthemill I hope you don't think I'm being horribly inappropriate, but has your GP considered undifferentiated connective tissue disease for your DD? I have lupus and POTS and it took a long time to finally get a proper diagnosis. for you both

Thanks I've DMd. The phlebotomist didn't turn up. I phoned and we had been cancelled due to 'operational reasons'. They will 'try to fit her in on Thursday'. I understand stuff happens but why don't they phone people who have been cancelled? So she's just had breakfast. Grr
In other news I've almost finished another jumper! Sitting around waiting is kind of useful I suppose!

@Sooverthemill gah, that sounds so unbelievably stressful and frustrating for you. So sorry your DD is so poorly and that you're being messed around whilst waiting for tests, it seems dreadfully unfair.

I love your outfit @CoffeeAndCaramel, you look really stylish. I'm very impressed. When I was pregnant I pretty much gave up and just lived in leggings/oversized jumpers. It wasn't a great time style wise for me!

I'm actually in running leggings and a hoodie now as I'm going to start trying to get back into regular exercise again. It makes me feel much better and I'm feeling pretty angry after a row with someone earlier so I'm going to attempt to run some of it off, rather than sending an email I might regret. I am casual again now as just back from dog walk. Smart top for a Webex meeting this morning but back to being a bit slobby now! Scarf is Alexander McQueen, with a v old sweatshirt from somewhere, lol. With old leggings and high tops. Not as cold here today, maybe spring is on the way.

I have a big presentation at work today so I'm in my current favourite dress. It's got tigers on! Cheap from shein and just slightly too long meaning I fall up the stairs several times each day I wear it! Boots from Clark's.
