Thanks everyone. I wore the jumper tucked in. My 16 year old DD commented that she liked my outfit, so it must’ve been ok.

Culottes #3. I’ve just realised that all my culottes seem to be a dress size bigger than the usual size I wear. I wonder why that is (they’re all different brands, and they weren’t all bought in the same year).

What do you think of these shoes? Impulse buy after seeing them in a Sunday supplement and I love them to wear with longer trousers and wide legs I think but are they daft? Will I wear them?

I'm sticking to jeans and jumper today - dog walk this am and now meeting a friend for a walk and coffee. This anorak while not particularly stylish is one of my favourite recent buys, the khaki goes with almost everything and its just right for spring weather - perfect layer for going over a warm chunky knit.
Looking forward to getting my summer wardrobe back down from the loft soon 🤞

Grey skinnies from M&S and sparkly jumper from hush

I've got a new dress from new look - and it's petite so I don't have to shorten it! Yay!

(I've ironed it since I took this photo so it looks a lot less crumpled!)

Welcome @ShrikeAttack but you have to credit your clothes so we can all rush off and buy them. Your jeans for instance, where are they from? They are awesome but I'm guessing you are 7 foot tall. I've sent back 4 pairs of flares that would be skinnies by the time I've had them shortened.

Culottes #4. OK, yes - it’s a jumpsuit. I’ve run out of actual culottes. But I think it’s close enough to count, and still within the spirit of my theme for the week.
