Beauty chat - freebies/gifts with purchase/offers

I just wondered if anyone would be interested in discussing the beauty gifts with purchase/offers which come about on Cult Beauty, Space NK and the like every few months. I loved the advent calendar threads and thought this might be similar. If there's already a threat on this apologies & I'd appreciate the link! As you can tell I'm a little addicted and find them hard to resist and would love to compare with like minded pp. We could even do swaps if pp want.
I just cracked and bought the recent Cult Beauty 'Self Care' goodie bag - couldn't resist the name as I'm in desperate need of some self care after a rough few months (isn't everyone?!). I haven't opened it yet as haven't had the time with a 6 month old - but can't wait to have a peak. I also forgot what I bought for the £170 required purchase. But think I snuck in a few bit of makeup which isn't like me as I stick to my favourite makeup and usually just buy skincare and body stuff. Anyone else purchase it? What did you think? Be great to get notifications when other sites/retailers have good offers to!

Same. I need to stock up on olaplex for my lovely new French Bob, to keep it so shiny and I can't find a gwp.

I think it's worth it for the Aveda too so it's worth £20 but it will depend on whether there's anything I really want to spend (£30?) on

I just had another look at the M&S and I think it's quite good as quite a few of the products are full size which I hadn't realised. I want to try the eye cream as well as the aveda.

I have a sample of the Aveda conditioner and can confirm it is lovely - I think I received it in a CB gift from a while back (Feb?) ..
Makes my hair very silky which is amazing given it's current condition!!

I know I'd like the Molten Brown as I love everything they do. £699 seems like a huge amount!!!

@Giftwithpurchase, most of the CEW box items are full size, hence the high value I think.

I bought one of the M&S ghost dresses - very happy with it. DS is going through a phase where he seems to grow an inch every time I look at him, so I expect most of my £30 spend will be on clothes for him!

I don’t think it is the same @ElderMillennial. I know the one you mean but they still sell that - this is a different product in their new botanicals range. Very similar though. I got a travel size of it recently and really like it.

@AprilLady I can sympathise with that! I've just had to return a load of clothes to Next as they were too small for DD who apparently needs two sizes bigger haha .. the Ghost dresses and Nobody's Child dresses look so nice - I may get a couple as I'm so unimpressed with my wardrobe atm (more the two stone I have to lose but let's not mention that)

@ElderMillennial Just checked my Aveda sample - & it's the same as in the M&S box - the botanical repair strengthening leave in (£28 on the site!) so I think I'll get the box as it's really nice. Nicer than my Living Proof leave in. Think I must have received this in the CB Feb gift as I don't think it was in my Skinstore gift - losing track!
