i can join in on the insomnia front, sometimes i dont sleep for three or four nights in a row with no naps in the day then sleep for a solid 24 hours. i have zopiclone now when it gets that bad though as its the only thing that works for me

no sotd apart from Yog Nog shower gel from Lush that i got at xmas!

New purchase. I liked the perfume (can't remember the name!) but I can't deal with pistachio so I grabbed this instead

SOTD Diptyque Philosykos. jen we have had a decorator in over the last couple of days - I suspect eau de emulsion is winning over the Diptyque.

Tired over here too, no insomnia but DD has been getting us up at 5 for the past few mornings >.<

Sotd a sample from a small perfumery based in Yorkshire called Abbey perfumery
Its called Joe smooth and is a dead ringer for black opium!

I've DAGT - just a couple of 15mls from 4160.

Complicated Shadows & Waft From the Loft. I think 15mls is the perfect size. Enough to test and decide if it's worth a full bottle, not so much that you feel you're wasting it if you don't like it.
Complicated Shadows isn't ready until June I think, so that'll be a nice surprise when I've forgotten all about it.

I really want the 4160 laundry one but I have so many similar "clean" type scents

SOTD Le mat Mendittarosa. Goodness! This is a lot. Patchouli, incense, rose, pepper. Delicious, but possibly not for the faint-hearted. Probably more of an autumn/winter fragrance. Love this!

SOTD ELDO eau de protection. Metallic cold rose with some spice
I've always loved this from first sniff and it is totally not my kind of scent at all!

Miller Harris Fleur du matin is Sotd. It's the first time I've worn this, as its my warm weather perfumes.
However I think I might be waiting forever for that to happen. We had sun, hailstones, strong blustery winds & several very loud claps of thunder here yesterday.

😅😅😅 I'm so tired...I cant think of better descriptors 😬 I do like it! Hope mini ferny is ok? Poor kids are having a tough time atm I think its just check up/scans tomorrow but might leady more intravitreal injections

My Waft from the Loft has arrived! It smells lovely on a blotter, but I already have on Memoirs of a Trespasser, so it will have to wait for a full test tomorrow. Happy days.

Are candle discussions allowed? Am loving my ancient ikea vanilla candle but it's running low. Do I just buy the same again. Or can you recommend a really lush vanilla candle?

My friend bought me a bay and rosemary candle from kew Gardens. I thought I liked it at first but it's sitting a little ill with me now. Not helped by the fact there was a bowl of guacamole slowly fermenting out of sight in my kitchen and my nose got the smells muddled. Even though the guacamole is gone, the candle still smells icky to me...
