(I would usually call it a top but it is the H&M website that decided to call it a blouse)

Reminds me of zoidberg without his shell

It's way too fussy for me. I also hate this thing there has been recently for big puffy sleeves.

Dunno why so many people are hating the top, I think it's lovely and if u have the figure for it why not it's very sexy
