I had a blouse with ruched sleeves once. I wore it about twice before giving it to the charity shop because - OMG the ironing!

I would look absolutely hideous in it and it's not to my taste, however, if you like it it's probably worth a try - just don't get the purple colourway, that is really is awful!

It's all about the styling so see what's works

I reckon the material would just be too sweaty for me to consider. But if it floats your boat go for it!

I agree with @MaizeBlouse - you'd have to be microscopic with virtually no tits to even vaguely pull it off. It doesn't totally offend me but it does seem a little over-trimmed.
