Lipstick Challenge - a different lipstick each day of Jan!

I remember a similar thread a few years ago that went down well

The idea is to use a different lipstick every day and share with the thread whether a review, photo, anything! It isn't about buying new ones necessarily but rediscovering ones you already own.

We do a NYD dinner here so will put a nice new one on for that tomorrow and report back!

Mac chili for me today. Love it! Obsessed with red lipstick at the moment.

@Deathraystare yes it is. I went for a pre school run walk in my sunglasses and regretted not wearing red lippy with them!

I've gone for Huda power bullet in rendez
vous today. It's pink but apparently a warm pink. It's nice but I'm just not convinced I really suit pinks all that much. Or maybe it's just because I'm drawn to reds at the mo.

I am wearing a lipgloss type thingy Boots Natural Collection (this brand gets overlooked, I feel- good on price and some good products - nothing scarey!) . The colour says it is Peach Kiss - looks a little reddy in the tube but on my lips is a sugary pink! Not unhappy about it as I sed to wear a similar one in my teens/twenties. However it is NOT a reddish peach!

Also finally sorted out my lipcote issues. I'd been putting far to much on which was making the lipstick peel off.

Hi Gang! Wearing Mac Chatterbox today. I started off with Estee lauder Apricot Sun before I got dressed. I am wearing a sparkly mauve Mac Shadow and for reason love the clash with a reddy coral. However as I am wearing a pink and navy Joules top I had to start again!

The lipstick looks blue pink in the epic but I think it is a warmer shade myself.

Slightly diffeent to the pic. It is a blue red but I like it!

Wearing the same lipstick as yesterday mainly because it was an early shift and as I a wearing a pinkie coloured top it made sense. I am having my 2nd jab today (AZ) and realised too late that I am wearing long sleeves. However, they can just pull it down I reckon. Luckily my covid test came through this morning as negative. The last two did not come back.

I had the second AZ jab yesterday and feel fine! Well apart from my ongoing lung infection thing. I am seeing the doctor on Monday.

Today I (sort f ) tried to match my top (I dunno why I would ever bother but still...). It is what I would call fluoresent flamingo. Next might call it something different. I could not find the lipstick that I am sure would go with it but got the Nars Airmat 'Knockout'. It is much more orange. Also, I tried it out on my hand a few days ago. Despite and shower and several hand ashes it did not budge.

However, in today's s
Sun magazine (a porter's, honest!) someone tested the Airmat and said it transferred to her mask. Oh well, I still like it!

Wearing an almost pumpkin colour top today . I am not sure it is one of my 'colours'. More for an Autumn? So went with a 'quiet' coral lipstick - Estee Lauder's Crystal coral.

Todays is a nice matte lipstick from Clarins - Joli Rouge Velvet in Hot Pink. It is a very nice colour and doesn't 'fuchsia' on me (go blue). I also have red/orange (see above).

When I ordered the lipstick I got some nice samples. The only foundation shades were for much darker skins, so I got the medium one which I hope will suit my mixed race friend, not that she seems to wear make up much.

I think today's lipstick was actually a gloss by NYX - something like Summer fruits.

I’m lurking and enjoying seeing people’s choices but not wearing much lipstick myself.

Unfortunately I had cleared all the lipsticks out of my handbag so I am not wearing one today! It is weird not doing so, not even lip balm.

Well, even if I am speaking to myself- I am wearing Dr Lipp in a small red tube which has red radish pigment apparently. My lips have been very dry and seem to crust over when I wake up (I am possibly drooling in my sleep! Foxy eh?).

I am wearing Bobby Brown crushed lip colour in Babe. Looks kind of brownie red which would put me off trying it but it looks ok on.
