Lipstick Challenge - a different lipstick each day of Jan!

I remember a similar thread a few years ago that went down well

The idea is to use a different lipstick every day and share with the thread whether a review, photo, anything! It isn't about buying new ones necessarily but rediscovering ones you already own.

We do a NYD dinner here so will put a nice new one on for that tomorrow and report back!

L'Oréal signature rouge 114 I represent today. A good bright pink.

@Deathraystare. This thread has shown me that I definitely need a bit more variety in my collection. However I am now eyeing up Cherries in the Snow, that looks amazing!

I have having been taking photos but keep forget to post them . Todays is Collection Twilight Nude, another one for the bin, bought when i was trying to find a nude to suit me before i realised I needed a pink toned one. At least it will make some room for all the new ones I've bought recently.

Yesterday's was an old Boots 17 supreme shine in Red Devil, cheap as chips and had it for years but its a really nice easy to wear red.

Wednesday was my new Bourjois velvet pencil in amou-rose.

@Deathraystare love that revlon shade but not sure I'd pull it off. Tempted though. I'm more likely to get away with a "cool" bright/bold shade than a cool nude so could be worth a shot.

Mine is an old Lancome one today - L'absolu Rouge in 354. Not sure how to describe it. It is not red, not purple!

I am rather crap at describing things so scroll down to 354 to get an idea. Sort of brownie pink/mauvery pink? that sort of thing. Geez why is this so hard!!!

@Lilypad that twilight is not a bad colour - you could mix it with some pink???

Today's is a Barbara Daley Trade Secrets chubby lip pencil in Graceful.

Fire and ice today, it came the other day.
I like it but agree it'll be better with a tan.

Considers buying fake tan!

Another Charlotte Tilbury sample today in Walk of Shame. Its similar to Bond Girl, kind of a reddish brown but darker. I quite like it. I definitely prefer the quality of the matte ones to the K.I.S.S.I.N.G ones.

@RedLipsAndRosyCheeks or facial tanning drops if you can't be arsed going full on fake tan?

@FreshFaceTime good idea. I've never actually used fake tan (other than summer glow but that's a bit shit) so I'll check them out.

Just ordered some self tanning drops!

Tanning drops are easy - you just mix a couple with your normal moisturiser at night and have a glow by morning.

Excellent, I bet loads of my lipsticks would look better with a tan!

Bourjois rouge edition velvet in Ole flamingo today. Daft name but a lovely pink.

Nars Red Lizard today. Just found it again! Thought it was lost forever. Quite a dark red. Not sure if it looks ageing but I like it.
