I have a Cartier Tank Francais, as listed at 20.26. Also a Rolex Datejust in Steel and gold. I also have a Jaeger Le Coultre Reverso Duetto. Plain on one side and diamonds on the other. I have an 80s Omega Seamaster and a 20s Rolex and a 50s Ebel. DH has a fairly decent collection too. I like the Tag Heuer Monaco. Not sure if they do a ladies’ version, but it’s a classic.

The Cartier is battery powered. The Rolex is automatic. The others are manuals. The Rolex is expensive to service but I don’t have it done every 2 years!

My next choice would be a Patek Philippe. If you ever go to Geneva, take a look around their museum. Prepare to be in watch heaven!

I’ve got a men’s Rolex, too. It’s a plain black Submariner on a steel bracelet. I’ve had it for years and I love it. Men definitely notice it more than women. I would like to think I look as cool wearing mine as Charlize Theron does wearing hers, but I know I really don’t...
