Morning everyone. I'm still in bed, about to get up and do an online barre class so this is yesterday's outfit. All from M&S 

I'm loving seeing everyone's dresses. I'm trying to get more out of my clothes by layering, it doesn't come naturally to me though. I had a thin top under my dress the other day which worked well.

Well done to everyone attempting homeschooling. I feel fortunate that I have teenagers who are reasonably self-sufficient. I can’t even imagine trying to WFH with smaller children around.

It’s a dull, grey, wet day here. I’m starting to think I should’ve worn brighter colours!

@OublietteBravo I hated juggling babies while WFH when our nanny share was sick. Very tricky.

Thanks @PalacePaper, I'm doing better today. My Dad gave me a pep talk last night when I was worrying about how much TV DS is watching. I say pep talk, it was more "we're all watching more TV than usual, there's fuck all else to do. Stop worrying about it", which did make me smile. He's right, though, just do what we can for an easier life atm, a few weeks of too much TV isn't going to make a difference in the grand scheme of DS' life.

Anyway, DS has been chatting lots about the Gruffalo today, but he can't yet say 'fox' properly. This doesn't generally matter, but he yelled 'fock, fock, fock, FUCK" loudly on a meeting today whilst brandishing a fox toy at me. Unfortunately, the toy was out of shot and now I'm known as the one with the sweary toddler...

I’m wearing a (very) old favourite today - a dress I bought pre-DD (who is 7 in a few months) at a local independent shop. You will soon realise I have an awful lot of purple in my wardrobe

My new Ecco boots have come they are very supportive to the point of being a bit stiff although they are very cushioned everywhere. So I'm wearing them around the house to check they aren't uncomfortable. They seem like they will be great and my feet are definitely will supported!

Jumper a local boutique it's got really pretty feature on the back with a row of buttons down the back.

Everybody is looking great here. I'm back at work from tomorrow so going to make an effort to actually dress each day!

@Sooverthemill I don't know if this helps but on Sézane website. Which I may (or may not have been browsing) it says they apply an extra £5 admin fee for delivery to the UK bit take care of any other costs themselves!

Totally unrelated. But how do you find Sézane sizing. I desperately want a Gaspard knit but not sure if I should go S or M?

@MerlinsButler I am size 10 top in uk. In Sezane my gaspard is Xs. And yes that is the new policy but I ordered before they had figured out what to do. DHL have emailed to say I owe £95 in vat customs and fees. I called to ask WTF and they reduced it to £61. Sezane have phoned me to say I should not be paying anything as they have paid all fees for early post Brexit customers but new policy on website fir future orders. I'm going to refuse delivery and get a refund then reorder I think

Don't risk buying with Sezane at the moment - so many people having issues with them. Personally I would wait a few weeks until the Brexit fiasco has settled down, the Gaspard is a classic that will be released over and over.

Loving the 'everybody fed, nobody dead' mantra. Very applicable to my own family life (and possibly applicable to the end of a shift at work at the moment too!)

@Ellapaella yes I agree. I can't believe I was stupid enough to buy on 3 January when I'd been thinking about it since at least beginning of December.
@MerlinsButler I will post a photo tomorrow of my size Xs gaspard so you can see the fit on me but different colours may come up differently I think. I bought mine via Facebook group bnwt. They come up frequently I wouldn't buy full price

It’s absolutely pouring with rain again. Our weather really does seem to fluctuate between freezing fog and pouring rain at the moment.

I’m wearing a shorter skirt. Which I think looks a bit odd - presumably because midi/maxi length is the prevailing style at the moment.

I've had a refund from sezane for the fees so I should take delivery soon and I've had a WhatsApp message which I've attached showing they will charge an extra £5 for fees and free delivery only over £500 from this point on. Seems fair enough to me and I would be happy ordering again now

@OublietteBravo you have the Amilita dms which I seriously love but there was another pair of dms you wore a couple of pics back which were also lovely - what type were they please?

@Sooverthemill you look great in that style of trousers - I have made it my life's work identifying what trousers look best on me. It has been an expensive quest...!

I actually really like the skirt @OublietteBravo.

Excuse the carnage behind me. The level of mess is building every day as DH and I have largely given up this week, with the agreement that we will blitz the house at the weekend. DS can just be seen next to me, emptying more jigsaw puzzles over the floor... 🙈😂

@toastfiend that's a great outfit, really love it. We too have given up housework in the week except for absolutely necessary maintenance ( which mainly involves me shouting at him to put things away he gets out)

I really like how you've got your DMs with looser trousers today @toastfiend I've been trying to find a way to wear mine with jeans that aren't skinnies, you've inspired me I'll have to go and try some on later.

Hi all, no snow here but plenty of rain!
Loving all the dungarees I’ve seen on here recently, they’re an item of clothing I’ve never got on with but think they look fab on others!

Here’s me today. I took the picture a few hours ago and forgot to upload. I have since thrown a grey jumper on over the top is it’s chuffing chilly working at the dining room table!

No snow here either - lots of rain. It's a nightmare as we can only exercise the dog in the garden however some lovely friends came and took her to the beach with them today and have offered to come back everyday for her until we are out of isolation which is an amazing help.
There's only so much you can wear when you are on house arrest so today is super comfy Hush harems and Toast jumper.
