I have had a good try on: the cotton twill workwear jacket - a size 12 which is my usual size, fits beautifully and not something I would normally wear but really like it. I can do the buttons up, will look great with jeans.

The floral print gathered dress. Again, size 12 which is my normal size. Very flattering, love the tiers. I am not sure thr colours suit a blonde with blue eyes but will wear in winter with a jumper/cardigan and in summer with a contrasting neck scarf.

That is a beautiful dress @ToastCosILoveIt. Such a vintage vibe.
Is it true to size? Could you size down? The reviews are mixed.

The Lise print pj shirt - I know the clue is in the title but this is really a PJ shirt. If I had had the bottoms to match, I would happily have worn this to bed. Quite nice but not worth the money: sending this back but have ordered the satin pleat front culottes instead - more on them below.

@Fortherosesjoni70, I am a busty 12 and ordered a 12: possibly if I were less busty I could have sized down. The dress doesn't look oversized on me and I am not sure a 10 would have fitted. It looks much more flattering than the photo on the website suggests. The v-neck is low but not too low and I am very conscious of Vs that go too low and show cleavage.

The plest front satin culottes - I bought the navy in a 12 to wear with DMs and a short fitted jumper. They are true to size, no give on the waist. I loved them so much I have ordered the gold colour today to wear dressed down or dressed up.

The stripe linen swingy shirt dress - ordered a 10 and a 12 (I am a 12) and didn't even try on the 12. I might even have got away with an 8 (that is crazy as I am a 12). It definitely flares out to the bottom - I think it is a summer dress with orange birkenstocks or tan saltwaters.

The rosae print dress - true to size for 12. It is definitely fitted but will look great in summer and also winter with a cardigan. It is very flattering.

The indigo denim coat dress: the 10 is plenty big enough for a size 12 body. It is very heavy but I intend to use it as a spring coat.

The organic denim workwear skirt - I love this, it is flattering and the 12 fits perfectly but I am wondering if I will ever wear this. My only other skirt is also a Toast skirt.

The cotton scallop nightie in navy: I didn't even try this on, just put it away for summer.

@ToastCosILoveIt hmmmm I’m tempted to order the floral dress in a 10 after hearing your review. I’m usually quite roomy in a 12 and I’ve lost 5kg since I last ordered a fitted dress from Toast.

I’m quite busty though...think I’ll wait for some other items to drop into the sale.

Love the gold culottes but i dont suit pleats at the front and battle with Toasts tiny waists. I fear that the 12 would be too tight and the 14 to big on the thighs and hips.
Loved your purchases. Its nice when others draw attention to items you havent really noticed!

@AuldFox, a 10 sounds perfect for you. I am a busty 12 and the 12 is good for me (camoflages, doesn't accentuate the bust). It is a dress with some strcuture to it, particularly from the side - it's not tentlike and very flattering.

@Fortherosesjoni70, thank you, I think we all get so much pleasure out of clothes on here, it is good to talk to likeminded souls! I am apple shaped and so pleats at the front aren't good for me but these fit well albeit the waist isn't generous.

Does anyone if Toast will add any more items to the sale, do they tend to do so or is this all we’re getting this year (booo toast!)

@ToastCosILoveIt what a great haul. Quite a few pieces I hadn't noticed. The tiered dress looks lovely.

Here’s the Delave linen trousers. I noticed they had a couple of returns of these this morning. I bought XS no way am I xs. I’ve taken a summer top out of my suitcase (left summer stuff in there) They arrived with a one inch turn up it’s been ironed in but they do go down. Really comfy. Couldn’t be bothered finding summer footwear this morning. Going back into the suitcase with the top.
Cotton twill jacket mines the dull gold. Bought for the size I want to be although it does button.
I thought no one needed a photo of me in my nightie - also put away for summer.

Hi everyone, I’ve been reading the threads but haven’t posted for ages as I’ve moved in with my parents to help with end of life care. However, I ordered the chambray dress from JL, along with the anhokhi Khiva print dress, which I have in a different print from a couple of years ago. Packed them away as summer dresses, but love them both, and the 12 (my usual size) fits well. I haven’t been out of joggers or worn a coat other than a gortex jacket for three months now, so my style is in the pan!

@Countmeout - that jacket looks wonderful - love the colour and know exactly what you mean by shop coat brown! I have a similar pair of toast trousers in slate linen from the summer and I wore them loads - would have bought the delave pair otherwise - they look great too

@ilovecherries - big sympathy for the hard times, but well done for getting the chambray dress which looks wonderful - don't know the other one. I help look after a very frail( but stylish!) 87 yr old and always make sure to wear Toast when I visit as it's her favourite brand and it makes her smile

If anyone feels up to posting a pic of them wearing their Anja shirt, I'd love to see it on a real person!

Hello all, not been here in a while (couldn't keep up!) but had to pop on to share my love of my new soft cotton twill trousers which just arrived along with the rest of my sale order. Perfect fit in my usual Toast 12, longer than I'd expected but all the better for it. Been eyeing these all season and thrilled to have nabbed a pair.
