How long do we think the sale stuff will stay on.? Trying to gauge if there is any prospect of returns? Very doubtful

@Countmeout, last time the sale was on line for two weeks and literally disappeared on midday (I was in the process of checking out my basket). Despite being a big purchaser from Toast, I got no email alert to the sale but found out about it via these pages .

On another note, has anyone actually purchased and wears the silk velvet dress - the one that comes in caper and orange? I am so tempted but I am busty and wonder if it is really a dress for the smaller of chest?

I bought that dress last year in the chartreuse and love it but I am flat chested and it's still a definitely tapered shape iykwim (more of a cocoon than the silk velvet skirt which is a straighter cut). Depends what look you're going for, widest point will be at boob level.

Just went back to the sale to see if I should get the next size up in the needlecord dress in case the 8 is too tight and there's almost nothing left - we've bought it all!
Perhaps we can organise swaps if necessary

Yes, I think you are thinking of the column sleeveless one, while I am interested in the one with sleeves!

Glad I saw it and ordered straight away.

I love that orange velvet dress with sleeves. Still too expensive though.

Did buy a pair of felted wool slippers this morning while having breakfast - been wanting a pair for ages.

The velvet dress is sold out in both colours in my size so that makes that decision!

They used to give valued customers a 24 hour head start on the sale. I am sure most of us fall into that category! I have checked my emails and my junk box from 7am this morning and I didn't even get the alert email....

I snaffled the cord tiered dress in the ginger colour - I have the navy from last year and wear it a lot. Sorry I wasn't around to answer earlier question - it's small fitting across chest, generous elsewhere.
Also bought some pjs

Am now eying up the velvet jumpsuit...

I have the Birkenstock slippers arriving today ! Hopefully they will fit ( I ordered 2 sizes as a bit concerned about if they were the narrow fit ones or not ) .. so excited already .. !! Want my sale stuff now though !! ..
